Best WLM Reviews
Always so good here. Tonight Val made it better. Big smile. Happy to take the order and get my food quick. I’ll keep using this location always. Thank you.
Well I just deleted my last review of this location first time ever but today 04/15/24 about 6pm, I came back and I didnt recognize any of the staff...the restaurant was very clean that was second new thing I noticed, but the best was my order was correct food was fresh and hot huge improvement from the past all the employees new what they were doing and I will continue to return it was a 100% turn around great job to the manager im speaking of the( second shift manager ) I don't know anything about the first shift manager but I assume she/he also had something to do with the turn around also
Thank you.
My previous review is in photo
Order is completely wrong. Why the hell should I have to sit in the drive through and pick apart my food to make sure it’s made correctly?? Guess that’s the only way to get it right. Smfh do better. Ordered no red sauce on both of my sandwiches and they’re SLATHERED in it. Disgusting. Thanks for wrecking my dinner.
Worked here for over a year as a manager. After the new am and gm got hired in, the work environment became toxic, they always trash talked and berated everything. They don't know what they are doing. Horrible to work with them. I went above and beyond and still somehow got a bad performance review. There's been many times I was the go to person to call on when others called off even though I wasnt scheduled I would be doing the work of 3 people. Closing is always short staffed. There's been many times i would be staying after hours off the clock to finish the closing tasks on my own. The new gm knew nothing. Didn't check with the previous GM and other managers I've worked with over my time there as an employee. She refused to listen to me when I had issues
Came in 10 min before close
Manager was guy with tattoos.
Doing a great job. Made everything fresh. The guy looks like he is doing 5 peoples jobs at once. I would be happy if these were my employees
Fast food can only be so good, but Arby's has a better quality of fast food. I ordered my usual sandwiches from their Market Fresh menu: the Turkey and Swiss and the Corned Beef Reuben. I also ordered their curly fries. How can one go to Arby's and not order their curly fries?
The speed of service was incredibly fast here. It was under three minutes total for me to sit down in the dining area after placing my order. All of the food was fresh; the sandwiches did not have any dry meat slices on it, and the curly fries were all evenly crispy and hot!
The cashier (name unknown) who took my order was respectful and provided good customer service. Good customer service will always keep me coming back as a loyal customer. Thank you!
I never have a problem at this location. My food always comes out hot and correct, I get sauce packets when I ask for them and the staff is generally polite. The place is clean for the most part. I have also eaten inside and the drive through, it is nice, clean and quiet. One of the better local Arby's.
Sandwiches were hot and fresh. Only a few minutes wait at 10:30pm. Friendly service
