This is now the third time I've came to this Arby's and wasn't served. I'm currently sitting in the drive thru at 10: 39.
Claims online yall don't close till 11 but yet now the third time i have pulled up and no awnser from the speaker. It's like they expect you to sit there until they are closed because their too lazy to do their job. Look I worked fast food for over 7 years and I know how it's supposed to work. Apparently your Gm needs to visit more often or take a little more pride in your store and serving your guest. Unacceptable to say the least. I will be calling corporate Monday morning.
Tried to pay with cash that had a small rip and the two young ladies working the window/front of the store rudely ask to pay with card, then yell that the safe won’t take the bill, and make me pay with card, I sighed and give my card and then they take it, switch girls and tell HAVE NICE DAY and didn’t even give the full order and proceed to yell again after I finally get my card and drinks, terrible people who should not be working in customer service
I had two roast beef awesome price the sandwich was really loaded. I was super happy ????

It really shouldn’t be this hard to get your order right. Overcharge and under-deliver.
For example, my most recent trip was at 7:30pm. Drive through was empty and I placed my order for a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. I asked if I could substitute the Swiss cheese for American cheese and the lady confirmed this was not a problem. They asked if I wanted my receipt and sure enough the receipt shows the substitution. They made sure to charge me .75 cents for an extra piece of cheese even though it was a substitution. Got home to find that they didn’t even substitute it. In fact they charged me extra for the sandwich with Swiss cheese.
Even worse, the sandwich looked terrible and tasted even worse- there was copious amounts of honey mustard lathered on the sandwich and after one bite I’m fairly confident it wasn’t actually honey mustard or something was very wrong with it. This is the first time I’ve had to throw my entire meal in the trash. Do yourself a favor and pick another place or eat a bologna sandwich at home.
The meal was fine. My only complaint is the double beef & cheddar looks more like extra single than double. Like there's no way that was double beef or cheese. Maybe double onions in the bun? Who knows. ????
Warning ⚠️ they will happily send you on your way with nothing to dip your mozzarella sticks in!!! It’s unbelievable how many times I’ve had it happen at this location!! Look in your bag!! I had to reverse back to the drive-through window today, and they completely ignored me, even when I finally started honking she wouldn’t look back at me. I had to call the store just to get someone to give me my freaking marinara sauce. I’m not leaving 1 star cause those mozzarella sticks were BUSSIN today.
Treat others how you want to be treated whenever you order mozzarella sticks for yourself ???? karma js
Arby's gets a bad rap, but I love them when I'm tired of burgers and tacos. I love their roast beef and their specialty sandwiches are fantastic. I recommend their gyros if you really want to try something different in American fast food. This location off Chenal is nice, clean, and has good service.
