I have been to this location multiple times and have had nothing but excellent service and quality of food. The past 2 times I have visited this location it has been later in the evening and I have received the best service from Brett. He is so friendly, pleasant to speak with and all around excellent customer service.
We stopped here tonight. The food was super yummy. Brett was the one who brought us our food and then he also took the tray when we were done eating and waiting for the kids to finish. All of them are super nice everytime we come.
They were out of roast beef. Arby's. R.B. Roast Beef. Not sure why they stayed open.

I only went thru the drive through on this occasion. The employee was very pleasant, but messed up the order total and had I not been paying attention, I would have paid almost double what my bill actually was. I imagine there are some who would just pay whatever they are told. If this was accidental that's one thing, but if this was on purpose, take away all stars!
I was also told right from the start that they were out of roast beef at noon on a weekday! That's ridiculous! Thankfully I was only there for a couple milkshakes.
BUT, Even the milkshakes were disappointing. I ordered two, a vanilla and a jamocha . I could not tell the difference between the two except a Very slight off white tint to the supposed flavored one. But that's it! It was just a slightly off color vanilla. There was no jamocha at all! Highly disappointed Arby's!
Over a year ago we visited this Arby's before the pandemic. Drive thru is like taking your driver's license test all over again. We noticed the server who took our money had a mask but no gloves and also handed us our food.Sandwiches were lukewarm..not fresh. Not so sure we will go back..not sure that Arby's is following good sanitation habits.. Before the pandemic I wrote this review that this Arby's was a pleasure to visit.
Clean and staff friendly. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. We had their classic grilled chicken with bacon and cheese. Chicken tender and not overly seasoned. Potatoe cakes fresh and hot. One of the better Arby's in the area. Not today.
10-13-23: Amending my previous review, with pictures. I went inside and got a double no bun, to go. I get to where I can eat it, and I find 3 slices of meat. I get more when I order a regular.
And the sauce on my son's smokehouse brisket sandwich was less than adequate.
This is the most efficient Arby's drive thru I have ever been to.
I've just never really been a fan of Arby's food. Most of the roast beef sandwiches just seem so tasteless to me unless you get one with cheese, and they charge too much for the cheese-added ones compared to ones without, in my opinion.
Floors were disgustingly sticky to the point you could barely lift your foot up. Did you mop the floors with Coca Cola? See video
