Best WLM Reviews

Normally I don't have a problem with this location. Today however was a different story. Drive-thru was empty, service was polite and courteous. Sliders were good, fries were okay, but the chicken wrap burst open on one half and fell apart on the other half the second I pulled it from the wrapper, because it was improperly rolled (it was square AF before they cut it in half, piling everything in the middle heavily lopsided instead of evenly in a tube shape before rolling)
I also had to wait for fresh mozz sticks, which is no problem, the problem was only 3 out of 8 of them were fresh, the other 5 were soggy and lukewarm. Normally if you're going to make a customer wait for fresh product, all said product should be fresh.
Both of these items come from BOH/grill/frycook/whatever you call to cook. I understand its not the ideal position but there should be some higher standards in quality. This is the second time I've had the same issue and it's clearly because you have an employee who either doesn't know they're making mistakes, or doesn't care.
This is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant ordered a French dip with no cheese, promised me there was no cheese on it and of course there was cheese on it. I’ve never had a problem before it’s just been the last couple months so I’m probably not going there again.
I dined in, grabbing a gyro, fries, lemonade and roast beef with cheddar. My food was hot and fresh. I saved the sandwich for later. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The only drawback was not having any milkshakes available. I was very disappointed about that. I'll be back for another milkshake. If they're unavailable...well, wait for the next review. ????
Absolutely ridiculous thay they consistently forget the marinara for the mozzarella sticks. I'm starting to think it's a conspiracy at this point, it happens literally every time. Even when asked if I want it, they still forget it. Do you not even have marinara? I just don't get how this always happens. But I still keep ordering in hopes I'll get my marinara for my mozzarella sticks.
I only have used the drive thru at woodward and 13 - food is good (I'm hooked on french dip ) but anything I got has been good. Horsey sause forever!
Employee's don't wear name tags so they don't get reported for terrible service. The old woman running things wanted to argue with me about the size of drinks. When I asked for a small she said that they don't serve small. Just medium and large. ( You can't have medium without small ) She then called me crazy amongst other things. Hey Arby's stop propagating ignorance!
Where do I start? Its fast food. I do think Arby's is the high end of fast food. I saw an ad for "Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches," so I decided tonight was the night I was going to try it. I ordered up the Garlic butter Steak sandwich. The only thing wrong with the sandwich was the person who made the sandwich. There was garlic butter on top of the sandwich I would have preferred it to only be on the inside. Other than that, it was delicious. Also, bonus points I got fries fresh out of the fryer, so they were hot and crisp.
This is mostly about how they charge more for the french dip and give less than half the beef they used too. They switched how they make it and it is so bad. Might as well take it off the menu. Bigger bun, less meat, thuer slogan is a lie. They have the wheat now.
