I was passing through and I noticed this old school retro Arby’s. I had to stop because you don’t see Arby’s like this anymore. However the day I went 1/29/24 the fryer was down. The inside was a bit run down. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and it was good. The service here was good. I did ring the bell for good service.
Curly fries were old and hard and cut my mouth. They messed up my burger and I had to have it remade and they must of been mad because they made it hard, well done and it looked like a hockey puck! I didn't dare tell them about the fries.... $10 burger that is supposed to be cooked medium and juicy. I guess I'm just out of $14.

I don't like doing bad reviews. This is disappointing. But this location has went down hill. Since the plandemic. My Roastbeef sandwich was amazing. But my crinkle fries was terrible. They were so hard and dried out. I couldn't eat them. They way over stayed the heatlamp. Come on Arby's Crew. You can do better. I love this location. Please do better in the future. I will be doing a follow up review on my next visit. Please have fresh fries. Or tell me you need to make fresh is that ok. I would absolutely wait. Please hire enough people to open the lobby. Thank you in advance.
This arbys is not honoring the 7$ meal deal that is being advertised on tv anymore. Went inside to order on Sunday night and the employee stated they r no longer giving the discount on the meal even though it is still being advertised and other stores r honoring it. We didn't end up ordering any food and left.
Wonderful experience tonight! Hot and fresh potato cakes! So good! The manager went out of his way to make sure I had what I ordered! Definitely will be back.
The worst Arby's experience ever. This place needs to be torn down. Worst fish sandwich ever, over fried, greasy, salad on a bun. Chicken sandwich over fried and disgusting. Sticky tables, stains on carpet, brass framed unleveled pictures, wobbly seating/benches, dirty windows....don't let the new Arby's commercials fool you. I felt like I just threw $20 on the ground.
I would use Arby's more if deals were for everyone, not just online ordering only. I do not and won't do any online ordering. Many feel the same as me. So if you want to increase sales stop making best deals only online.
I've gotten such the last 2 times I've sure there but the food has been good.
