The people are excellent and atmosphere is that it's surrounded by Pilot and truck stop. The food itself has gone downhill, especially now that the prices are higher. It just doesn't taste like it used to... I do have to say that most of the time they give a decent amount of the roast beef on your sandwiches. That's a plus!
Went through the drive thru about 230 in th3 afternoon. Ordered a double roast beef sandwich and a medium diet coke. They forgot my diet coke at first and then when I received it it was a small and was purely carbonation. The roast beef on the sandwich was cold dried up in places. Just threw away $10.
This is in a Loves truck stop. The Arby's was very good. The staff not so friendly and the stingy with napkins. The truck stop could use some better cleaning.
This was my very first time at Arby’s ever and it was a great experience (6/1, 1pm). The very tall guy at the counter who helped me was so friendly and recommended things to me after I told him I had never been there. The food was great I really liked the sauces.
Anyway I wish I had gotten his name, but he was soooo nice and helpful, I’m driving across country and he brightened my day.
Weirdly one of the better Arby's I've been to. Friendly staff, decent food. I mean, for being in a gas station it ain't half bad.
Really fast service and great tasting food prepared well only thing was I asked 2 times for a couple ranch they never gave it to me and I even asked the girl when she handed me the bag was there ranch in the bag she said yes and walked off ,well there was no ranch and I had to go in and get some from them . So next time people check your bag before you drive off and thats facts ????
I pulled in here at the Pilot store #7262 basically to stretch my legs and walk a bit. Puppie needed to stretch, too. It has some grassy patches real close that Puppie can use. And because Puppie had been such a good boy, wanted to get him a treat!!!.
Mr. Corey at the counter was friendly, quick and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted when I ordered classic roast beef without the bun for Puppie. I chose the classic beef & cheddar. Sorry, didn't take any pictures at all.
Do remember it being clean and most of the business was at the drive-thru.
Plenty of parking at this Pilot station in Hurricane Mills, TN.
I asked the lady that was behind the counter how much something was with tax and she acted like she was bothered that I was asking her anything but the people who work in the pilot are really nice I was here at 9am
