Every time I go here, they are out of a food item. Be it brisket or mozzarella sticks, it is always something. I was not going to return but I received some coupons in the mail and decided to purchase dinner for my family who was visiting. I took a few coupons with me and asked at the counter if I could use more than one. I was delighted to find out that I could do so. However, it was a comedy of errors.
The CSR could not figure out how to spell my name even after I repeated it three times and spelled it-- it is only 4 letters long. On my receipt it said ERSE, nice try but not quite. The CSR attempted to give me an incomplete order-- missing two orders of fries and the au jus for the French Dip & Swiss sandwiches. The manager retrieved my fries while the CSR fixed two containers of au jus. I had to ask for Arby sauce because it was not offered. After this fiasco, I made it home only to realize I was not given any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. At least I know I can expect some type of failure here on a consistent basis.

This location is clean and has friendly staff. Good made fresh to order.
Food is good. Better than most fast food places. Only problem is it isn't as fresh as it used to be. And the Orange Shake needs to be year round, not just seasonal.
I was at arby's at 7 o'clock and they had to ran out of. Roast beef and ham and told me. It was because they were busy. I was 1 of 3 cars in the line at the drive-thru. So I tried their new burgers and they put so much sauce on them. The rappers they were in came out soaking play so I went back and told them about it. They didn't apologize, but they did give me a hair full of Turkey bacon ranch market fresh. I went back again. They offered no refund No apology but just another sandwich That got thrown away because of the fear of what they might have done to it and I will not be returning go at your own risk.
If you want to play guess what time a store might be open then this is the place for you. Arby’s corporate should shut this store down for never being open when the hours are posted. Employees are inside the store and won’t even acknowledge the drive thru to tell the customers about being closed. I arrived at 8:26 pm on Friday the 25th of August and just like every other time I try this store they are closed. It doesn’t matter what day. I have added the posted store hours for the public to read and laugh at. Mr Eagan, if you are still the current manager you might want to get the new hours posted. I can only guess those would be wrong also.
I haven't ate at this location in over a year based on poor food quality. Today I thought I would give them another shot an ordered the pecan chicken salad wrap. What I received was a large amount of mayo spread over a few chicken pieces. They didn't put napkins in the bag nor give me a receipt. Please don't waste your money at this location.
I've pulled in to this drive-through and left more times than I've stayed because of a couple of things. Number one, Arby's is not the cheapest fast food and number two, the wait in this drive through always FEELS longer than it should. I said "feels" because it's probably the same as any other fast food restaurant but I'm impatient.
The staff is super nice and the food is always exactly what you would expect from Arby's, decent.
I was bummed out when they told me the shake machine was broken and was really craving a Jamocha shake today but I had to settle for a Diet Dr Pepper.
Here's my typical order from an Arby's. Classic beef and cheddar with horsey and Arby's sauce (check) curly fries with bronco berry sauce (check, don't sleep on the bronco berry sauce!), and a Jamocha shake (maybe next time).
June 2024: Took over 20 min to get through drive through. Only 2 people in front of me and one left! Hardly anyone in parking lot. I think only one person working and moving very slow from what I saw. Hopefully it tastes good!
