I have the deepest respect for the people behind the counter in these fast food places or chain of restaurants you find in the USA, especially when they have the right attitude, positivity and customer service as I have encountered at this location - in other parts of the world this would be a huge gamble and treated with so much disrespect just because you are a woman for example!
We reached this location as we could not find a restaurant off 55, which passes nearby, and wanted to travel fast to the coast and the guy behind the counter was very professional explaining to me the little differences between the fast food on offer - I very rarely step in these places as I need lots of vegetable to give me the vitamins I need.
Not only was the food great, but so were the drinks. The place was clean, clean cut - clearly an asset to the chain. Well done.
Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce, bacon, and Mayo. This is the garbage they gave me.
I had to drive out to this location because the one in the Southaven horn lake area was so rude. The manger called and told me and my husband we could drive here and get a free meal on them for both of us. This location is very clean the employees are nice and management is trying their best to insure the customers have a positive experience.
Everyone there is always friendly and on top of it. Never had a bad experience with them at all. Love this Arbys.
Arby's has its own lane. It's fast food but better. Not better for you but u just feel less sinful eating it. I dont like Arby's sauce though. Anyway if the choice comes up. McDonald's or Arby's?? ARBY'S first. They atleast give consistency..

Not usually slow...Rueben was a little lite. Not like normal. Unsweet tea was perfect. Deleted roast beef was cold???
Short handed...so let's LOCK the lobby and make doordash delivery drivers wait 30 minutes in a drive through line! Makes perfect sense ????
Oh, and I wanted to add, the employees are HELLER rude! If you are that miserable, go somewhere else!
