I went through the drive thru, and it was a GREAT experience. The cashier spoke clearly on the mic, and I didn't feel rushed when I was ordering. My fries weren't ready so I pulled ahead, and the associate who brought out my food was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The food was awesome of course!!!
Well where do I begin with today's fastfood experience. I ordered a smokehouse brisket combo with crinkle fries & tea because their co2 was down 2 Hawaiian fish deluxe sandwich only order of crinkle cut fries and a Hawaiian chicken with no sauce sandwich only bill was $41.35. the girl was really nice caught the guys preparing the food about to put sauce on the chicken and said no sauce. Got the food checked the fries to make sure they fresh and told the girl thank you and to tell the guys in the back thank you for preparing the food. Drive home about 20 min give wife & daughter their fish sandwich expecting rave reviews for picking up dinner tonight. Well to my utter amazement my daughter comes and asks what kind of sandwich I got her told her fish sandwich and she says sarcastically aren't you supposed to put fish on a fish sandwich. Then to make it even better wife has no fish on her sandwich. Got to love you some Arby's ( WE HAVE THE MEATS) sure don't have the fishes!
Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ARBYS! We love the food! Tonight I stopped by the Cranium Drive location and had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with James at the drive through. I accidentally drove away with only half my order! ????♀️ When I came back for it 20 minutes later (we do not live close!), James remade my order so it would be fresh and hot! This young man needs a raise! He is absolutely the most polite and professional fast food worker I have dealt with in a long time. Thank you James for a super Arby’s experience! We will definitely be back because of you!
Mrs.Joann in the Drive through today was very respectful and had a Friendly approach. So thank you for that. Also I had the Honey mustard chicken wraps which were fresh and Full-filling.
As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru Thur , I was told there was no roast beef ...????
I ordered a turkey marketplace combo. But before I pulled off, I pulled over to ✔ the order.
Tried a curly fry since they should be hot or warm...they were COLD and hard!????. The markeplace turkey had a small portion of meat. *Looks nothing like their advertising pictures.*
I asked for a refund, lost my appetite.
We tried the smokehouse brisket sandwich for the first time here. From the counter to the car was a smooth walk so there was no reason why my sandwich should come out of the box like this. The meat is barely on the bun. Also, bun was hard and cold with cold meat inside. Was not happy and I'm not sure I'll ever order from this Arbys again. To be fair it was lunch time but they weren't too busy. I expected better for the price
One of the main entrance doors was boarded up and the good door was locked. The meat had a different texture and flavor from what I remember. The limited staff of 3 that I saw was doing all they good.
A good Arby's. Clean facility, quick and friendly service. I bought 5 Classic Roast Beefs. A pretty good value, but a little light on "The Meats" this time. Not sure if there's a standard quantity of roast beef per sandwich. I guess it depends on different factors. Today though, it was a little on the lighter side. Still, a highly recommended Arby's if you're passing through the area.
