Ordered a strawberry shake and the manager Kevin was super nice and I really liked him but it seems that as was stressed a little bit because of workers being lazy or something, I forgot cause I liked the milkshake
Could have been better the staff almost missed some of my food but we're gracious enough to double-check the order great customer service
Mom says she goes to Arbys a few times and all of the times she never liked it. She's particular. Today she had a taste for it and so we decided to visit today. Zach was the server this day. He was kind.
Food was good, and I'm happy we got some extra cheese sauce.
Everything was pretty good..BUT, We really would love to see them slice the roast beef SUPER THIN like they used to...When it's sliced thicker it's rubbery and unappetizing!! When the roast beef is sliced SUPER THIN it's WAY better!! The staff is awesome and always friendly and courteous...Slice that beef SUPER THIN (like falling apart!) and We'll come back and give you five stars! Sincerely The Strange Measure Media crew..
All right as promised we came back and changed our review to five stars!. The crew at this location are all excellent every time we've been there the ladies that take the orders at the front counter are all super friendly and awesome! And now the beef is sliced pretty thin and they're super cool with us asking as well. They don't have a problem with dropping the fries extra for us which is nice to get super crispy fries. Easily this Arby's is the best Arby's any of us have ever been to! It's always clean and it's always at the right temperature so that you're comfortable. So you guys get a well-deserved five stars! And to the owner I bet if you gave everybody a dollar raise that place would even be better! You got great people there and they deserve it.
Had to give my order three times at the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes to get to the window. Had to give my order twice and it still was not correct. Long wait, my English is very good but the employee's just did not understand customer service and effective listening. I do not believe I will return to this Arby's. BTW we were there at 8:00 pm with only two cars in front of us.
We order 2 chicken bacon Swiss, 2 slider, 1 turkey bacon and ranch , mozzarella sticks and ask if we need sauce for our order we say yes we need marinara sauce, arby sauce, horsing sauce, ketchup we get home we are missing our sauce , and the chicken then I call them we can get it ready to come back and pickup I say no we are already home now and didn't offer a coupon for it..
There is a bit of a wait in the drive through but the food is always fresh and I think it's worth the wait
Just save yourself the 15 minutes waiting in the drive through and go somewhere else. Literally 2 cars in the driveway, me being the second car spent 13 minutes in the drive through waiting on one item before I gave up and left I never even made it to the window in that 13 minutes. Used to really like Arby’s, just go somewhere else where they treat you decent and don’t raise their prices while cutting portions
