The food was good, was made fresh, and the line cooks were kind and made sure that we got our order quickly, accurately, and with a great attitude.
The cashier/eat in area cleaner was complete garbage. The lackluster look on his face was about as terrible as his ponytail was, but nothing was worse than his hygiene, attitude, and passive aggressive actions towards the customers. When he slammed three garbage receptacles near a family dining in and then came to the register just to throw my receipt in my hand, I literally lost my appetite. I probably would say try it out as long as he isn’t there but until they fire him I wouldn’t recommend it. 1/5
We stopped by on our way to Phoenix. The food was delicious and hot. The restaurant was clean. Service was awesome. They even brought our order to the table. We did have to ask for straws as the container was empty. We were quite pleased. The cashier chatted with us and was very kind. I will stop by again!
This has to be one of the busiest Arby’s ever. That being said the workers have always been so nice while working their tails off. The manager is great at keeping things moving with just a few staff members. Be kind and patient these guys work hard and are hustling behind the counter.
Traveling through and stopped here for lunch today around 11am. The two employees working up front were amazing. Great customer service! Food was good too.
I keep buying Arby's once in a while because of that conforting but distant memory that many of us have about a food place we used to love. This Arby's is well attended, but the food is dry and tastes like it is super old. I am not saying anything bad about this Arby's in particular. All of the Arby's that I have tried recently have a similar problem. The food tastes like it has been in the refrigerator for years. Maybe it is me that I don't like a great product, but I truly don't think that their roast beef sandwich is made the same way it used to be made years ago. I miss that great flavor.

The dining area tables and surfaces were quite untidy and need cleaning. We had to clean our own table.
Order a 2 for 7$. Gave me the wrong sandwich. When I went to the front to ask for the right one, they just slid me a burger from under the heading rack. I opened it up and again wrong sandwich. As I walk back up I hear the manager cursing up a storm, sounded irritated. I get to the front let them know, again the front counter kid turns around grabs the right burger hands it to me and walks away. Quite rude actually. Last an not least. I ordered a pumpkin turnover as well. Halfway to phoenix I attempt to eat that cause my other food has already been ruined beyond belief. As I bite into the turnover it's not pumpkin it's apple. Whoever is in charge if this store is definitely in need of training and coaching. Will NEVER stop by that location again
I stopped in to get some breakfast and was told they dont serve breakfast. So i ordered 2 Classic Roast Beefs and a 3 piece potato cake. Again i was told they dont serve pototo cakes. I was told that No Arbys in Arizona sell potato cakes.
I then told the lady( kimberely i believe her name is) that they serve them down in Phoenix. I was then told to go to Phoenix then. When my sandwi hes were ready i was asked if i wanted any sauces. I responded with horsey sauce please. She then turned around and set my bag on the counter and walked away. No thank you or come again. I told her thank you and have a noce day. Very rude. I will never stop at that location again if she is working there.
