Worst service ever. No other cars in the drive-thru, yet they needed 5 minutes before I could order. When I got to the window, no greeting, not even acknowledgement. Sat for two minutes before they opened the window to give me drinks. 3 minutes later they remembered to take my payment. 13 more minutes to sit there before they gave me my order. No apologies, no acknowledgement - just "here you go". Cold fries. Never coming back.
Great space but as I sit here 20 minutes later still don't have food in the restaurant. One worker doing drive thru and inside. Our food has been made and sitting there for the last 15 minutes. And I am standing at the counter now with no acknowledgement or even someone to get our food. Worst service ever. If we hadn't paid would of left
Delicious fast food. Good service. Clean place.
Long story short...After a 15 minute wait, I left the restaurant with my food and drove away. After discovering I was missing part of my order I had to turn around and go back. I asked for fresh sandwiches (5 for $5) because by this time it had been 20 mins since sandwiches were made. Ashley (Self identified as a manager) takes the sandwiches out of my bag and puts them back under the warmer TO BE SERVERED TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!
When I explained to her that she was not allowed to do that and it was a health safety violation, she said "why don't you just leave?"
So next time you decide to risk it all and attempt to eat here, take a look in your bag, think to yourself "has this food left the restaurant, took a lap around the block, to only be thrown in a bag and served to me"!
I have had the best experience ever here. Excellent service and great friendly staff there. The best part was the whole restaurant was clean all around.

Order the new kings Hawaiian sandwich for 10 buck and only if u guys could have seen what came out it looks like someone sat on my sandwich horrible. Just saying dont stop here just keep driving right past this place
I asked for the jalapeño wrap I seen online. The lady at the speaker said they didn’t have it. I then asked her if they had jalapeños I could add to a chicken wrap. She said “we have jalapeño poppers” ….. I said no, just jalapeños? She once AGAIN said “we have jalapeño poppers”. I came to the conclusion she was stupid so I moved on. I ordered a milk shake and loaded curly fries. She asked me if I wanted whip cream on my milkshake and I told her YES. when I got my order my milkshake had no whip cream and my fries were regular with no cheese or anything. I’m running late to pick up my son now because I have to go inside to have them fix it and they get mad at ME and make me pay more money for them not knowing how to do their job. The chicken in my wrap was like a hockey puck. I will NOT return.
