Last night I order thru delivery and they forgot my curly fries and shake. I order one meal and a wrap on the side. I called and the manager in charge informed that he didn't get the order on his side so he only made the sandwiches that the doordasher showed him the order witch shows that I order a meal and a wrap on the side, on top of that it was made wrong as well. I ask for no hot rod(whatever the name is)and the BBQ wrap with bacon,there was no bacon. He didn't say sorry or anything just felt like he didn't care at all and I'm work in food, customer industry and that is completely unacceptable
While l do enjoy the food here, unless it's on sale, l no longer willingly eat here.
Arby's pricing is always unpredictable forcing me to avoid them unless it's on sale.
Arby's consistently acts like they're on a war footing with their client base.

Didn’t taste the quality of the food, but was here for a meeting with a friend. Clean atmosphere. Employees sounded happy and energetic. Smaller location than normal, but looks like they run a good business. Only put a 4 star rating because I didn’t eat here. Other than that it looks great. Bathrooms were super clean as well (which is rare).
Waited about 7 minutes for my online order to show up in the order pickup area as directed by the app before I finally asked about it. It was ready in a different area for some reason. Also the app doesn't appear to have a way to request extra sauces that I saw.
This Arby's is always super delicious and awesome customer service! Thank you for also sending buy 1 get 1 sandwiches via mail & my text message deals! I unfortunately cannot use them all, but always would like to! Still very nice to get either way!! My daughter loves Arby's sandwiches but next time I'm going to have her try the gyro! Mmm very good too???? A must try for sure if you like those or never had one! THANK YOU ARBY'S ON PALO VERDE! ❤
I ordered a beef and cheddar and got a beer with the smallest amount of cheddar. My curly fries were old and COLD. No luke warm.... cold, soft, and soggy. ClDo yourself a favor and go to a different location.
Thanks a lot for nothing.. I've gotten the French dip all my life and never got this little sauce that's insane.. won't be coming back
Went through the drive thru, and they got everything correct. They even remembered the napkins and ketchup packets without having to be reminded. Love the French dip and chocolate shakes
