This is an average Arby's. Service was interesting, but it was fine. We're probably not used to NYers is all. Food was not really fresh, the buns were cold and dry. The turnover was good though.
The service was excellent and the employees were nice. Location was well maintained. Food was unsatisfactory, chicken tenders cold and overly chewy, fries cold and not fresh, and French dip had limited meat. Obviously standards for fast food are different but the food was not worth the price.
Where to start. A line of people waiting for their order and one lady making bracelets on the front counter and playing on her phone. One of the workers children (8-9 year old girl) behind the counter and in the kitchen. Most unprofessional staff I've ever seen. The lady with the light up Christmas hat should be fired immediately. I was embarrassed for them.
Great place to sit for a bit, and have a bite to eat. The staff are all super friendly, and the restaurant is very clean!!
Food seemed to have been sitting on the warmer all day.. Bread wad hard and the roast beef was extra dry.
Great deals. 2 for $6 and 3 for $5
Very long wait and they forgot the most expensive item that I ordered. I'm hungry and disappointed ????
We were drunk and fishing for salmon. Needed beef. Bathroom very clean. Nailed it.
