Would be nice if the giant stickers on the windows were see through or just not there. Can't see outside at all. Other than that, food is great and so is the customer service. Really enjoy the various lemonades they offer. As well as the big Reese's cookies!
Third time I have tried to eat here. Once I ordered and then waited 10 minutes and no one came to the drive up window. Once no one answered at the order kiosk. The third time I went it the woman said she could help me after she finished cleaning. Each time I was the only customer there. I won't try again
Where are the curly fries? This has got to be third time, within the last couple months, that my fries were from the bottom of the bag. Service was very slow, for being a fast food restaurant so don't recommend stopping there on the way to work.
April 20th at about 8:30-9 o'clock p.m. Paid with a card and never received a receipt,thought i would get one with the food in the bag. Made us pull ahead to wait for our food. Waited nearly 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and 2-4 piece mozzarella sticks. As my daughter and I waited we watched the customer behind us get out of their truck and walk in and out the back door of the restaurant a few times and some how recieved their food before us wich was weird. They never offered us anything for waiting so long and Worst of all is one of the chicken sandwiches we ordered was raw after all the time they took to prepare them. Horrible experience at Arby's of Antigo! If I didn't live in Polar I would have brought the sandwich back.
Was out of roast beef....we live far away n wanted.....the meat!!
I hope the kitchen is cleaned more than the dining room. There were crumbs on every table and meat chunks and fries on the floor.
The smokehouse brisket sandwich was smaller than the roast beef and cheddar. I can't be bothered to drive back to complain so I will just go to Culver's from now on.
Always a great place to get curly fries! The mozzarella sticks are great! Food is always hot and good. The service is great. The restaurant is clean. It is attached to a gas station so also convenient.
