Best WLM Reviews
It was an okay experience from Arby's. The quality of the food is not so great, especially the bread. The service and cleanliness of the place are appreciated. Nonetheless, it was a good opportunity to grab something, especially with the 2 for $7 burgers, available with chicken or beef.
I was a bit leery since this is attached to a gas station, but the sandwich was definitely full of meat as ordered and cooked well. Don't know why they call them curly fries when most of them look like fake eyelashes? Wish there were more rolly curly ones but I was satisfied overall
Stale food… our fries were rock hard and leftovers… premium nuggets were tasteless and hard as well… for a busy gas station, stale food is cause for concerns… waited 5 mins to order inside with no one else in line at 5pm on a Thursday…
Ordered some food from here the tenders were burnt the fries were old and cold and hard so I went in to get my money back and the staff did an outstanding job I received my money back plus they remade my ordered fresh and also gave me 3 cards for free meals at any Arby’s so my experience turned out great.
Ordered a Beef and Cheddar and got almost literally no Cheddar. When I showed them, their reply was yes that is how it is. They then made one with extra Cheddar and that one had a bit more cheddar but still no where near enough for a sandwich that is supposed to be extra Cheddar. Very disappointing when that is the reason why we stopped here.
Recently moved to Gainesville and I had to leave a review to say this Arby’s has such kind and pleasant staff!! Which seems to be hard to find in the area. Thank you!!
Everything tasted great. The food was prepared quickly and our wait was quite brief. My only minor complaint is the brisket sandwich was a bit dry, so be sure to ask for some extra sauce.
I was the only car in the drive thru, I had to say hello to get any response to order.
Simple request… atleast I thought.
Number 2: Regular roast beef w curly fries, half sweet/ half unsweet tea and an apple turnover. Small please.
Them: medium or large?
Me: Okay… medium.
Pull around, again NOONE in line w me. Wait…
Them: Do you want sauce? Yes, just one Arby’s sauce please.
Them: Here you go. No sauce right?
Me: No, I’d like one Arby’s sauce please.
Them: handful of sticky Arby’s sauce packets in my bag w cold fries and DOUBLE meat Roast Beef (which I didn’t realize at first) NO apple turnover.
Me: honking and waving into an empty window for a good 3-4 minutes. Then finally she sees me.
Oh, I thought I gave it to you?
Me: No, no apple turnover.
As I drive away, my food is stone cold, my hands are sticky from the Arby’s sauce packs and I realize I am charged for a DOUBLE meat sandwich I didn’t request. Gazing in my cup…. We’ll see for yourself.
Stopped in all because I had just gotten out of the hospital, I didn’t feel good, I was hungry and ready to get on the road back home to Georgia. Waste of money & my time!
