The drive thru person was nice and our order was perfect. The food was hot and delicious. I am not sure why the bad reviews. I thought the food and service was great. The brisket sandwich is amazing!!!
Absolutely no courtesy, nor any professionalism. Attitude when we ordered, zero personal engagement. Then it took forever to get our food even though we were the only customers there inside. They were too busy preparing food for the drive through. After making us wait for food, we were then rudely told half way through out meal that the lobby was closed and we needed to leave. What kind of managers allow this kind of employee behavior to happen? How do they get hired in the first place? WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
Came through the drive thru tonight(7/19/24) and the guy working the window and speaker was absolutely unpleasant. He forgot one of my entire meals and when I asked for extra sauce, he put 2 of each in there for the 4 meals I had ordered for my family. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had there and I will not be returning.
29.00 said what I wanted at the Drive through and at the window after I ordered large meals. Get home in dade city. No sauces wrong sandwich ( ordered the gaint roast beef and got a classic with cheese on it. Did I mention when he handed me the drinks one was medium not large and I asked which one was diet he said the medium and I said they were both large and he walked away.
Guy working desk was picking his teeth with fingers.the staff was to busy messing around and joking with each other than working. Waited 30 min for food. We gave them a try after a year of not coming due to bad experience sad things haven't changed.
I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. We ordered 2 meals around dinner time, we were literally the only ones in the restaurant (including drive thru). The first sandwich I received was 3/4 pink and I do mean it was still cold raw, so i took it back up and the cashier apologized and asked the cook to make me another one with no red sauce since I have an allergy to an ingredient. The cook handed him another sandwich and the cashier asked to confirm no red sauce was on it to which the cook replied that there was not. Thankfully I didn't take a bite and checked first since there was extra red sauce on it. The cashier offered to have them make me another but I was already fed up with the cook considering he knew there was red sauce on there and lied to the cashier. I emailed the company and they offered me a free sandwich, I don't want a free sandwich...I will never go back to this location. Hopefully the management will contact me since I sent another reply and take action for what could have been a very bad hospital visit or worse for me.
The Ruben sandwich was good, but the selection for kids was just not right they put it in the same bag with my order. A kids' meals should have their own bag and thing for kids, not the experience, and furthermore have variety in food that I was looking for my kids.
They do a fine job at this location. Dining room was clean, employees were friendly and the food was good. This is the best Arby's in a 50 mile radius from Zephyrhills. Lots of old folks there though. I'm in my 40's and was the youngest one there by at least 20 years. (other than the employees) Bathroom and parking lot were clean.
