Horrible customer service. Mother and daughter duo in the drive thru working together on a power trip. Young lady in the drive thru window is absolutely disrespectful and has zero work ethic. Manager who is her mother making excuses and told us “her daughter’s rude attitude is justified because of how frustrating their new AI automated ordering system is”. Until management actually does their job, spend your money elsewhere.
Went in to pick up a large online order and the staff was amazing. The female manager at the time was very kind and made sure my order was correct and done on time. A staff member even helped me carry my order out to my car. Everything was great. Thanks!
Happy employees are so refreshing, especially in this industry! Super clean restaurant even during busy times. Fast, good food.
The absolute worst location to go to!!! Stay away from this location if you want your order correct. The manager always has an attitude. They will mess up your order and / or forget to give you your complete order, and when you go back, not one apologie! She is the worst. I don't know how the employees can work for her... probably explains why you never see the same people working and there amd is soo much turnover. She might even be the franchisee of this location because I don't know how she is there. She will also purposely not give you your receipt so you can't complain/voice your experience. Additionally, they always make you pull around to the front and make you wait for your food. Pick a different location.

Last Sunday we took our dog thought the drive through and ordered him a beef sandwich and a pup cup with ICE CREAM because he will not eat whipped cream. The crew was that was there HAPPILY gave us our order and even went as far as putting two little cute puppy treats in the ice cream. They all came around to meet our little fur baby and it was such a great experience that we made the decision to make it a Sunday treat day for our little guy.
TODAY..... we go and we were so excited to take our dog as he LOVES the ride and the drive through. We order the same thing as last week and the lady on the end of the mic said "we don't offer ice cream for a pup cup, only whipped cream with treats in it." I replied "You guys did it for us last week without any issues." She continued to dispute with me and said "we don't do it, we can't do it, etc...." I then said "I'll pay for it! can I just have ice cream for my dog?" THEN!!! She had the nads to say "We will do it this time, but we WON'T do it again!" WHAT???????
You won't SELL me a plain cup of ice cream????????????????
I then asked for the manager when I got to the window and she was ZERO help as well. All she could say is "she didn't know better"....... But then backed her up saying "we don't put ice cream in pup cups"................ I said that doesn't explain her attitude and told her that will be passing on today. She did nothing to save the sale and/or what would have been a regular every Sunday. Now Arby's has just lost my business and the corporate office will be hearing from me.
I am not one to leave reviews unless they are good.... but I am FIRED UP!
ZERO'S all the way. And if I had their names, I would blast them on here as well.
So my fellow fur baby lovers.... if you want a good ICE CREAM pup cup.... go to Burger King. That's what we did! And it was not only easy, but pleasant!

We went in to dine in with our kids and had a horrible experience. My kids had cheese sticks which one of them choked on. We were able to dislodge the food by giving her back blows. As you can imagine this was a frightful situation. When we told the employees that the cheese inside was still hard, they did not care and went on to say they never have issues with them. This is not the response that should be given when a child has just choked. Employees had no compassion and seemed to not even care or apologize for the experience but rather argue on not having issues with the food. We have stopped completely going to any Arby's, which is a shame, since we really enjoyed the food in the past.
Typical fast food, hadn't had Arby's in years thought I would try it again. Nothing has changed except for new additions to the menu. I had the roast beef cheddar sandwich, which was ok but a little on the bland side. Probably won't be going t to Arby's anytime soon again.
The manager was super! They were closing in 8 minutes once were putting in our order and he said he still make our sons ckn nuggets for their meals! He was so kind ????
Thank you for going the extra mile. We were so hungry just came from ASU night ftball game! They won!
