I'm neutral for two reasons. I ordered my food about 15 minutes before (literally just two sandwiches), and when I got there, it wasn't in the carryout area. Cool, no problem, that didn't bother me. What bothered me was the additional 20-minutes I had to wait just to get two sandwiches. Normally, I don't cause problems when I'm in a restaurant. I worked in the restaurant industry for a few years, so I know how annoying customers could be. But finally, I had to ask the nice cash register lady what the hold-up was. I don't think it should take 35-minutes to get two sandwiches.
She finally told me that some company placed some huge pick-up order, like 40+ sandwiches, and they had to get those made before making mine. For starters, I don't think that was the right decision. I feel like they could have prioritized better. Like, take care of the people inside first, call the company that placed the order and tell them, "Hey, this is gonna be like an hour before you can pick this up." Now, if the people from the company were inside, then I would understand. But I don't know. It didn't sit right with me. However, she was super nice, but I wish they would've conveyed that to the people in the lobby, rather than having us come up and ask what the long wait is. I figured I would be in and out, but it kind of messed up my day.
Employees, especially Ikea, were friendly and accommodating. We tried the new macaron fried bites and hated them, so they replaced the item with a snack we did know and love! Clean, easy to navigate restaurant (my hubby is visually impaired). I didn’t realize they have burgers now. We’ll be back to try those!
Went in there the other day for lunch. Food was decent and so were the employees but the entire floor was incredibly sticky. Every where I stepped you it was disgustingly sticky. Just not acceptable.
The food was soo good. Thanks to the app I got the 5 for 5 deal. I was so happy we love Arby's. Let me say these young adults were awesome. Some lady was giving them such grief, but they didn't let it get to them. They kept doing an amazing job. By the time she got her food and left I wanted to throw stuff at her.
I like this Arby's. The staff is always nice, ALWAYS fresh hot food, especially the fries. And can't beat the fries deal any size for $1 after 8pm... Perfect evening snack for cheap. Thanks guys ????
Updated review (removed a star)- Rudest service I've ever gotten from any restaurant. The person taking my order I think was a shift manager, could not keep her mind on my order. Kept going to other places in the store while taking my order. Did not get all my order. Was short and gruff when I asked questions about my order. I can understand a person being busy but being rude and unprofessional there is no call for. Absolutely the worst service I've ever gotten.
Old reviw-I ordered a regular and large curly fries in the drive thru.
First, neither one was full.
Second, there is no difference in the amount of fries in both sizes.
So what did I pay for then????
This is not the first time this has happened.
This store has poor quality and portion control.
This location has been doing better I will definitely be coming back
I have been visiting this location for the past 10+ years. They are always fast & friendly. I have never had any issues with this location. The food is always exactly like I ordered it no issues what so ever. They are definitely busy during the lunch hour but the staff seems to handle it well.
