Fries ???? seem to always be cold and old. Ordered a large curly fry and got a container that was maybe half full. Charged me for a large, yet I maybe got a full small. Sandwiches ???? are never cut in half anymore. It's disappointing due to the fact of how expensive the food is. Price=better service... not for this Arby's unfortunately.
We were missing an entire meal. We also live 20 minutes from the store and we tried to call and resolve the issue but instead of speaking to someone we get hung up on and then they took the phone off the hook. Very childish and I expect my money back for the food we did not receive.
Nice kid at the window today 6/25/24 at 2:14pm He looked so dressed for success. Not exactly sure of his name however the employee says OT. Honestly he has this look on his face like why I am even working in fast food. It sucks for kids these days. We have so many fast foods place and training and retaining is so hard with all the options that they offer. It’s everywhere. Too many menu options and it makes it hard to get them right. Fries were great. Haven’t had them in forever. Homeless man maybe walked in lot. It must suck seeing them everywhere and it just keeps getting worse. Oh welll we can only do so much. Oh and he the young kid looked like he would be great in an office job. I bet he would like working office work in my company. He gave me a perfect amount of napkins 4 and 4 Arby’s sauces. Thank you.

Went through the drive-thru... The one who took our order was exceptionally polite, courteous and helpful - Seriously, they deserve a raise!!
Last two times forgot $5-6 sandwich. To annoyed to go back.
Tried calling like 4 times . They do not answer phone.
No one was there when hubby went. Made him pull up. Then forgot sandwich.
Service was good food was good and prepared well. The dinning room was clean staff was polite and patient.
