First off, great effort on making our specialized order. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 of which were ordered as lettuce wrapped (lettuce instead of buns). So for their future reference, the sandwiches are built normally except with the lettuce in place of the buns. It seemed it may have been their first attempts, kudos on the effort. The 3 stars actually came from the cold Crispy Chicken on 2 of the sandwiches. The Pastrami Sandwich and the Steakhouse Bacon Ranch Burger were awesome. This will be a great stop for those looking for a Keto Sandwich, Arby's has been doing a great job with this accommodation. Just check your food quality. I hope to improve your rating on my next visit on about a month. Service was great as well.
Tried to order through their app tonight only for the app to not be working. Went through the drive thru and placed my order and I wanted the double beef and cheese meal special they advertise for $7. They tried to charge me full price. I asked the guy at the window about the $7 deal and he said it through the app only. It's messed up that they can't get their app working and then won't honor the advertised special. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Arby's. It's always horrible service there. I'll just take my business elsewhere for now on.
Ordered to go after using the rest room from traveling. In and out tge door with food for me and the pups gotts love those doubles.
This is my favorite place for a quick meal and drink, the employees are always so good to me and so positive too! Special shout out to the night crew, they are the best!
Don't bother buying the Tenders. Was told to pull around and would bring out because they were waiting on tenders. Got them and were tiny skinny dried out cold. Not worth buying. A little sus why food was cold but had to wait for what?
Got sick after eating here. Restaurant was extremely dirty. Food debris all over the floors. Drain under the condiment counter looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Saw a hair on the dirty tables in the customer area. On top of that the place just opened for the day. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Seemed like there was plenty of staff but they were too busy having inappropriate conversations and using curse words. I won’t be back. I don’t know how this local is able to stay in business.
The food was freshly made and piping hot ???? Every one was super friendly. The establishment was clean.
This Arby's isn't to bad I you avoid the men's room bathroom the floor literally sticks to your feet around the urinals I don't think they ever mop the bathrooms
