Love their fish sandwich. Took advantage of the two-for $6. Yummy. Neat order system. If you order at the counter they take your name then call you to find you, and deliver to your table. This eliminates long lines. Fast service. Friendly staff. Great value.
I like arbys, its normally a win. Front counter wouldnt take my order or even acknowledge me standing there. I went and stood behind somone placing their order at the register. Then its my turn, im in front of the register and this girl just turns around, puts something in the fryer then stands off to the side of it. There was plenty of help in the back. The other workers are looking at her like what are you doing? Some workers even walked past the front. I waited a couple minutes watching this and then left. Everyone else in the lobby got to order and eat. Nobodys got time for that. You lost my business at this location. Id rather have kiosks to order, and robots making the food.
This a franchisee and not owned by Arbys. They don’t honor specials that are offered on tv. $7 Arbys double beef and cheddar meal? Nope, it’s $13 here!
Ok. So I went this Arby's yesterday and got the ranch and swiss roast beef sandwich and it was good, but there was very little ranch. So I stopped today, and thinking I'd have the same issue, I asked for extra ranch. They gave me a ranch disaster! It seemed extremely intentional...There was so much ranch, the meat slid right out of the sandwich and ranch was everywhere! So I went back and showed them and they said they would remake it. When I got the next one, the lady offered to have me check to see if it was ok. I declined thinking it was simply a roast beef sandwich with swiss cheese, lettuce, and peppercorn ranch. Drove back to work and low and behold, they managed to mess up again! This time there was NO ranch and NO lettuce! I mean come on, seriously?! I did not got back a third time, and I dont think I'll go back again...period. Apparently the sandwich maker has a vendetta against special orders and intentionally did this. I highly doubt this is the first time this has happened, so why is this person being allowed to continue messing up orders?
Food was good but this location doesn't honor deal's.
First time Tried Arby’s sandwich and French dip sauce and it was good it was amazing first time Eating the sandwich and a French dip in sauce I would love to get it again it is one of my favorite things now on the menu can’t wait to go back and get another one and post another review about it great customer service employee was very helpful explaining everything on the menu.the place was clean they were professional great staff Made me happy in my experience was the best of all time Sash was fresh dill dip in sauce with hearts everything was good if I could give them six stars 10 out of 10 max a good review y’all deserve it great building inspection great so if y’all ever decide where to go and you’re on the highway please pull over and give them I’ll try Arby’s will not disappoint you

Definitely sandwiches don't look like the pictures. Coffe had a terrible taste and cashier got defensive when I told her about it. I got fresh coffe from Loves next door.
