Great food and the service was good! The atmosphere was nonexistent. The silence was deafening and the whole mood of the place was doom and gloom. Then they want to hire people? From what I saw today I would never even consider working there if it's like that everyday. It was a work in silence environment. No music, I couldn't even hear the drive thru people and I never heard any machines being worked. Very odd at best.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a large curly fry. Even told the worker I needed ketchup for the fries. Got to my location only to realize there were no fries in the bag! No phone number is listed on the receipt. I called through Google maps. Had to go back to the restaurant and get my money back.
This is not the first mishap at this location. Last time they shorted me $10 in my change!
Keith is one of the most nice guys I’ve ever met. Great customer service! Always has the best attitude! Give that man a raise
The food was very tasty, I liked it. Service was to my liking, on time too. The atmosphere is pretty nice, well put together and cleaned.
Foods ok but the general manager is very angry and rude. Didn’t ask for anything special but he seemed super pissed we chose to are at his Arbys.
Didnt get order right and had to go through agian. What I received for their handcrafted cold brew jamocha drink is a melted jamocha milkshake in a small cup with ice... I asked if this was seriously their cold brew and she said yes????.. I am still in shock..Never agian.. and the driveup girl was rude too???? I mean can you at least have a nice person hand me an order so screwed up
Service is fast & decent. Prices & portions are decent. I do drive-thru lunch here quite regularly & never have a problem with my order except that they regularly claim to be out of fry salt to the point I think they're doing it on purpose.
I finally started asking for ketchup & salt, but I tend to munch on the fries on the drive back to work & I'm not managing ketchup while driving, & the salt doesn't stick quite the same. It got to the point that I boycotted their fries & them for awhile.
Last 2 times I went they seem to have managed to find a way to salt the fries again, for which I am grateful.
Otherwise, I love this place & come often.
Very disappointed. Service was good but the fries not so much. The top 2 Frys were fresh and hot, but under those, ridiculous!! See pictures attached.
