The people were begrudgingly courteous at best. Not rude but not very there. And the service was pretty slow. The food was okay at best. We were a group of two. The chicken sandwich was cold, our curly fries were pretty cold too. I had ordered a beef n cheddar and wanted extra cheddar. I was almost drowned in the amount that was put on my sandwich. I went back for a Jamocha Shake. But as you can see in the picture that wasn't even a Jamocha Shake. It was a vanilla shake trying to masquerade as a Jamocha Shake. I took two sips and tossed it due to nothing but vanilla flavoring. And the floors were awfully sticky, like walking across fly paper. The entire seating area was like that. The employees saw and heard my complaints but just shrugged it off. Like it was nothing new and they didn't care. I also watched them very loudly kick someone out. Tho he seemed like he had caused a commotion before. So understandable to a point. I don't know this place just made me all around uncomfortable to even complain after that show of aggression.
Worst transactions ever. If you want to be charged for food and told that they can't change it, because THEY weren't listening to me ordering, the young kid was talking and joking running his fingers through his gross hair, to the other employees...not the one actually paying his paycheck at that time. The food was hot but the jalepeno poppers I did NOT ask for but still had to pay for were disgusting and burnt. Worst atmosphere, Worst service, steer clear if you want to eat good food and have somewhat decent customer service. It's not here.
Crystal was amazing! She was swamped at lunch time and still took time to be courteous and kind! Give this lady a raise and a Christmas bonus already!
Service has went way down hill at this location. Staff is very disrespectful and the food is not up to industry standards.
Went to this location for a quick bite, buffalo chicken sandwich was raw. Not much the store can do but give you a free meal but after receiving this its hard to go back.
I'm allergic to onions and when I asked to have my meat on a different bun, the person making the sandwich,let loose with a f""""king allergies. He said it loud enough for me to hear. Not a good experience. Will never go there ever again

They used nuggets instead of tenders ..???? and my sandwich was short everything was on top of each other really smushed .. I ordered a lemonade and they had it in a bucket the lady on night shift was scooping the juice with a cup putting juice into other cups with no gloves I honestly wanted to leave but I’m too nice .. experience was trifling tho
Lady at the window was on point! We asked for extra sauces, and she didn't disappoint. She understood the assignment! Thank You!!!
