Stopped by for a quick bite. Mom wanted a sandwich and I remembered that Arby's had market fresh sandwiches!
There wasn't a line so we pulled right up. They didn't have the same variety of sándwiches like in the past. She ordered the turkey bacon ranch. It was a good size! Pic is when it was first opened. Was in drive thru so didn't take more ayer we hit the highway.
The turkey was very flavorful as were the lettuce, tomato, red onions???????? soooo good on a sandwich!! The only bad part was it was swimming in ranch dressing. Made it greasy and wet. Each bite had toppings sliding. She had to wipe dressing off to enjoy it fully.
Also was disappointed in the potato cakes. They were greasy and didn't have the same light crunch I'm used to. Still love Arbys so I'll visit in the future. Just will state dressing on the side and order fries.
In the chronicles of my fast-food excursions, Arby's stands out commendably with their customer service. In my recent visit, akin to the previous chapters of my daily vegan option(s) journey, I embarked on a quest for their renowned curly fries. The dining room was adorned with clean tables, reflecting a commitment to satisfactory service.
Yet, as my herbivorous apatite seeks new adventures, a longing arises for a chapter dedicated to vegan delights —a sandwich, perhaps, crafted with creativity and compassion. Considering my past visits to Arbys, the call for a vegan-friendly tale resonates, adding a new dimension to the epicurean pleasure.
What I don't like about this, not Arby's, is that I don't know which Arby's I visited this way. In general I love Arby's since 2001, the year I came to CA., mainland USA., and first tried. NOw I live in GA and drive for living, GA, SC, AL & TN... I don't know which Arby's... One had fries like cracker, nearly bone dried, and the other did not wipe and dry spills on the floor and inside & outside the door and only one 'Caution' cone standing-you know it is cold, maybe I will use the qr code to leave notes for those two locations.
The old guy at the window was very friendly. But we ordered 2 double sandwiches, and we both got a single. So we didn't get what we paid for. The large fry and large coke went in the trash. Another joke of a food place. Do better people. ????
The older black gentleman with a gotee needs to travel for Arby's and teach everyone nation wide about customer service. Best Arby's store I've been too in a long time. Also, the store had the college football game on. Great addition to the vibes!!
Food is fine if you can get it. I door dashed an order of two sandwiches and two curly fries. I received one sandwich and two half-full curly fries. Door dash gave me back a random $6 but I'm still short a sandwich and fries for dinner. I don't understand why it's so hard...
What a great group of folks. The cashier was soooo sweet & had a stellar friendly manner. Made my day. My sandwich was everything I hoped.
Went thru the drive thru and no one ever answered. I waited patiently 5-10 min at the box. The person in front and people behind me drove off. While driving around, the drive thru guy was on his phone. I went inside, said hi to the cashier twice and she said nothing. Just looked at me but did take my order. That’s fine, maybe she wasn’t feeling it today. While waiting a guy came around asked me if I’d been helped, that was nice. Maybe the manager.
Got the food and went home. Ordered turkey bacon combo and it had no turkey lol. I mean it was still a tasty blt but that’s not what I ordered and paid for. Usually get better service at Arby’s. Only my second time at this particular location. Not sure if I’d go back.
