Would be zero stars if I could. Floors were sticky ,ketchup station was filthy, tables were dirty. Soda was flat , no tea available, ice machine wasn't working. Backdoor was wide open with nates and flies everywhere. Hair unrestrained on employees with long hair. 10/10 not coming back
Why would you guys not give any au jou (might be spelt wrong) with our French Dip Sandwiches. It just amazes me when this happens, I guess these kids just don't care. We get Home and no Dip to our French DIP sandwiches. SMH you can do better guys!!
Service was decent but my order was wrong. Don’t have time or energy especially with traffic to go back to get it corrected. But when you order beef and cheddar, there should be cheddar especially when you’re paying more for it.
Order on arbys website online 3 of the new hamburger meals and paid. When I arrived they were out of hamburger patties. They were unable to cancel my order and unable to give me a refund. The Manger said I could come by the next day and he would replace it. I said cool I do that. Now it's the next day they saying Oh we can't do that
Big fan of Arby's just for the nostalgia throwback to my childhood. This individual location served the food fresh and with good attitudes from the staff. Dining area was a bit messy, but I can't really fault the staff for having disgusting patrons. They are definitely not paid enough to clean up after everyone every five seconds. The new mint shake was quite good. Normally shakes are more like concretes and impossible to drink with a straw, this one drank perfectly and tasted about as good as one could hope for.
Always slow, but today took the freaking cake. A full 5 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to take my order with only 1 other car. I order a roast turkey sandwich, get back to the office and there’s NOTHING on the sandwich!! No toppings, and 1 tiny chunk of turkey! This is THE WORST managed store I’ve ever seen.
Traveling thru and needed to use restroom. Smelt terrible and extremely unsanitary both outside and in. Trash everywhere and even the lobby was filthy. Would not want any food from here. If restroom, parking lot and lobby is dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like or if they clean at all...
We don’t have the meats. If you don’t have enough meat to make your new sandwich why didn’t you say something instead I paid for bread and dressing with slice of meat
