I came here while I was in Dayton, Ohio wanting a good Arby's sandwich for lunch to get a break from Thanksgiving leftovers on Friday. I was a little skeptical at first, as the location was not the most appealing. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a number 2 classic combo with curly fries. I must say this was the worst Arby's I've ever had. When I opened the sandwich, burned pieces was falling out from bun. The meat was hanging out of the bun, which wouldn't have been so bad if the meat was cooked correctly and fresh. I'm not sure if the meat was overcooked, or just bad. As you can see the discoloration in the pictures. My stomach has not been right since. The lady in the drive-thru was nice though, but I had to ask for my receipt.
Tried the Wagu Deluxe burger for the first time. I wasn’t disappointed, but found it to be the best fast food burger I’ve ever eaten. The single patty was equal to some establishments double or triple patty option. The beef had gray flavor. I do feel the bun they paired with the burger is weak. Isn’t able to hold up to the beef and tomato juices. Mine fell apart. I think a pretzel bun would be a better fit. My curly fries were as I am accustomed to.
I will definitely return for the burger.
Sold me a $13 burger combo, the burger is undercooked and raw. The fries were wrong, wanted curly not crinkle.
Then the phone number listed doesn't even work. So how can you call to get an order fixed when the phone rings once and then hangs up
the lady at the front desk tried giving my the wrong order then when I got the right order she gave me a random drink said it was Dr pepper (it was not) and turned around to do something else and my food was rather crispy but good
I’m just gonna say this this is one of the cleanest Arby’s I have been in for this to be such an old store everybody here is so friendly and the food has really stepped up
They forgot our drink, so I had to remind them, but I didn't notice that they forgot two cookies, and then they also filled up my au jus cup a only a quarter of the way
Normally love this place but as you can see, the chicken tenders were so bad today. The worst part is they looked at them and then still handed them to me. Obviously didn't eat more than a couple bites as they were pretty awful
The worst restaurant I have ever been to, the staff, the bathroom is very bad, I recommend you don't come here, it is very bad, they did not treat me well, I asked for a large bottle of water, he charged me a large drink and gave me the smallest drink. I actually paid for a large bottle of drink, the behavior of the staff is very bad
