Was very clean and staff was nice and fast. However, you come here for the food and that definitely missed the mark. My Buffalo chicken patty was smaller than half the bun and was so chewy and spongy it was inedible. The picture was the full size of the chicken.
We stopped at this establishment to get the French dip sandwich. We were helped very fast. The restaurant was very clean. We were in and out in 5 min. Highly recommend this location
Excellent health score watched an employee come from outside after pulling around in drive thru and start taking orders ….. manager told me fries were fresh not if I can touch them and they are like warm ……… went inside to make sure the fries were fresh only for her to salt the fries over the oil which salt is a component that breaks oil down…. (Salt soap foreign objects water and high heat)
I only go to Arby's for 1 thing, a Jamocha shake. They never disappoint. Every time it's just so dang good! Idk what even in those things, I assume it's coffee flavor and chocolate but either way it's one of the most consistent places to get a milkshake unlike that other restaurant franchise with the ice cream machine that never works ????
Picked up two fish sandwiches. One regular and the other with cheddar cheese. The fish was plentiful and tasted good. Nice amount of tartar sauce as well. Lettuce was insignificant and would have preferred a nice green leaf. Do not recommend cheddar cheese on the fish. Really was subpar cheese. This Arby's is kept clean and the service through the drive-thru was quick.
Ok so ive ordered online a few times from this location and NEVER get my apple turnovers , no refund no replacements no nothing and each time I call I am told they are out of turnovers ! I have to call to be told that yet not offered any solution. Again tonight I go in store and surprise no turnovers ! I swear at this point it's worse then the never working McDonald's ice cream machine ???? I was literally the only customer ordered 2 roast beef and a fry amd it took 20 mins . The floors were so sticky it was insane my shoe was literally sticking to the floor and now my shoes are sticky . I would choose a different arbys because this one hasn't made any efforts to do better . Still trying to figure out how I waited 20 mins for cold roast beef but whatever that's the last time I'll give them a chance to change my mind
Didn't know whether they were open at first, not a single car in the lot and didn't look like lights were on. Stealth mode. Turned out they were open and open for dine in. Beef and cheddar, always good. Service was close to cheerful. Probably grateful for something to do. Had seating area completely to ourselves. Good to see an Arby's that was actually dine in.
It was drive thru. The roast beef sandwich was fine. I think most folks know what to expect when eating Arby's.
