Edit-update: The general manager said they can't give us a refund unless we drive all the way back to the store. We ordered two sandwiches that were missing bacon, fried onions, and tomatoes...that's half the sandwich, and she want's us to spend 30 minutes driving to get $20 back. Keep it, I just hope other people see this and stay away.
We were given the wrong sandwiches and no one will answer the phone.
I just bought a hamburger with bacon, curly fries and a medium root beer. I bought my meal around 9:50pm. They close at 10:30. I was the only person in the drivethru. My hamburger was raw in the middle, completely pink raw in the middle and my curly fries were cold. That's the first time I've ever gotten cold fries at a drive through. I'm extremely disappointed in this business. The night manager needs to make sure his crew does better. I paid $12.25 for a meal that I couldn't eat. If I didn't have another 2 hours to drive I would have turned around and driven back. Also the guy at the drive-thru never gave me the receipt and I didn't request it because I never dreamed that I might need it to prove what happened on 10-20-24@around9:50pm
Always as expected. But I just can't understand why cheddar cheese costs more than swiss. If you sub cheddar for swiss you get charged .50 cents more. Really?
Twice now in the last month, we have stop in around before closing, we were told lobby was closed, were told had to use drive thru, went thru drive thru and then was told they were out of roast beef, how the heck does Arby's not have roast beef ????
I asked for no tomato and mayo. Arrived home and there were traces of mayo on the chicken, including the bread, it appeared as if they wiped it off instead of making another sandwich. I didn't worry about it and decided to eat it anyway. The first bite was gross, it had a rubber texture to it. Two hours later it made me SICK to my stomach.
Drive through order. Young man was very courteous. I had coupons, and he made sure that they worked correctly.
The only downside was that the sandwich was not what I expected. There was not as much meat as I thought. The frys were excellent!
Always the best Arby's location employees are always nice and helpful, Definitely love our Arby's!
A man arrived after I did and made his order first because I was looking he asked the young lady if he could get less cheese on his sandwich she said she didn't think so it came pretty fixed anyway the man in the back fixing the food had an attitude and you could tell anyway the food was okay the sandwiches were good but they're loaded potatoes were bad hard curly fries very little cheese very little ranch didn't see much bacon all in all it wasn't worth $3.99 I will not be going back there only because it's too far away from my house the sandwiches were good
