Newly remodeled, very clean, and prompt service. Don’t always expect a lot from fast food but this one was worth the stop. Gotta have me some horsey sauce!
It's been years since I ate at Arby's. When I went inside, the place was clean, and it had a modern look. The girl behind the counter was nice and friendly. She gave me time to look at the wide selection. (I was surprised by the many choices) I found a 7 dollar deal for two sandwiches. It came quick and hot.
So extremely rude! Stood there for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged, then when we were finally able to get our order placed, I thanked the cashier and got a "Yep" back! What is wrong with this generation?? Food was ok, but we will visit another location till they clean this one up, even the manager is horrid
Edit* I upped my star rating after another visit. Food was hot and flavorful, and the staff had a much brighter attitude. My gyro was delicious..Ingredients were fresh and the sauce was perfect, only criticism, I wish there were more tomatoe
My first time going they completely forgot to put my burger in, all my friends order were fine though
Cashier sounded bored, asked for senior discount, DID NOT get it, was told total at drive thru, gave card at window, looked at receipt as cashier did not give me new total, was same charge, fries were NOT hot and not salted, food in wrap was ok, but, the wrap itself was real chewy to bite through and chew up. I stol by here at least once a week, is halfway point between parents and my house usually about a 4 or 5 all the way around. I only eat out once a week and this is where I usually go so very disappointed ????
My wife and I have been going to Arby's for decades and we always enjoy our Roast Beef sandwiches with their iconic Horsey Sauce ????????
The food was great, as was most of the service, but the manager Kay was not very pleasant to interact with. She seemed very angry and displeased about everything going on. Other than her, my experience was pretty good, everything was cooked well and tasted great.
For the good, turkey gyro was very good. The not so good, the floor was sticky and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. Soda fountain area had straw papers and wrappers all around it. Soda fountain dispensed Soda in bursts. Table was not clean. I haven't been to an Arby's in a very long time and this did not make me want to change that one bit. It really was not an issue with the food just the overall cleanliness of the place.
