Best WLM Reviews

The staff working the on 11/14 were working so hard. The young lady working the front counter was running orders back and forth to guests whilst manning the register. The other employee was running in and out of the store while manning the orders in the back. It was refreshing just seeing fast food workers having a sense of urgency and great customer service.
So, Arby's overall is like a 3.5 for me in terms of taste, but I don't think that's fair to this place. Everyone knows, or should know, what an Arby's is by now, so this place gets 5 stars from me compared to other Arby's. The manager should be proud of their team. The food comes out quickly, the place is clean, and the people are polite. If you're going to go to an Arby's, like, for example, the craving I get for it every so often, go to this one.
The biggest problem with Arby's roast beef sandwiches these days are that they allow the brisket to cook too long. Bobby May taste fresh because they are thinly sliced from the brisket itself, the meat rarely taste fresh sliced because it has been overcooked.
I can actually remember the first time I went to an Arby's. It was in Wichita falls Texas in November of 1970, I did not even know about the restaurant Arby's and went in on a whim.
I remember asking the young man behind the counter what Arby's was and he replied America's Roast Beef Yes Sir. After that first bite, I was hooked on a very good tasting sandwich. It was not long after that that people who ran the different franchise stores began overcooking the brisket and The taste went downhill from there.
Since the first 1970 visit, I have only found one store one time that created the tasty sandwich that I first had on my first visit to Arby's that was at a store in the northwest corner of the panhandle of Florida.
I actually turned around and drove back to the store to get five more sandwiches. On my return visit as I was leaving Florida I stopped in that store again only to discover today is going to the way of overcooking the brisket.
Which is too sad because I know that if people want to taste that Arby's sandwich the way I get back in 1970 and again in 2016 there would be lines for me outside the stores to get a sandwich.
Food was delicious! The young lady who was working went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service.
They charge $1.40 for a side of their cheddar cheese sauce. I got 3 of them with my order for my pregnant wife and all 3 were 1/3 of the way filled making 1 full side of cheddar cheese sauce. If your going to charge me $50 for a few sandwiches, some fries and chicken tenders, I will glady go spend my hard earned money at another establishment that isn't this ridiculously chincy with the serving size. What an absolute joke.
I love Arby's roast beef with the letruce tomato and sweet french, callwd the "special". This time we also had a root beer float. Manager gave us great service, and the food was fixed quickly and perfectly
Ordered two roast beefs, a large curly fry and a 6pc chicken nugget. The drive thru worker said the chicken wasn't done that I had to wait in the front. I waited 25 minutes before I had to go in and ask about my order. The chicken was hot but the other food had sat there and got cold. The whole order should have been redone. Last time I'm going to that location.
Did the drive thru - they were very fast, and the Arby's roast beef was very good.
