I haven't been to an Arby's for years. They expanded their menu. I tried the Ruben sandwich. I was disappointed that the bread was not toasted. I replaced the thousand island dressing with ranch. It was OK but not great. I ordered the Mac and cheese bites. They were overcooked and dry. I ate only one.
I love this Arby’s. The employees are amazing and so kind every time we visit. The food comes out hot, fresh and FAST!! I’ve never had to wait for my order long. This is my go to place for a good quick meal ????
Terrible - gross turkey bacon club - I have been eating these for a number of years at different locations. I have never had the turkey in the form of cheese stick sized logs on my sandwich - if you’re out of lunch meat,…maybe don’t have the night crew as prep cooks ????♂️ I realize this is fast food but the integrity and continuity as a chain is missing here - I would have been happy to order something else had I known - this was a complete waste of money and a total let down after a super long shift at work. Is the slicer broken ?!? Hope you can correct this - will probably not return to this Arby’s now that I can’t trust what I’m getting.
I went through the drive through at 10:30pm. The outside of building was painted earlier in the day and all the employees were at the back door breathing in fresh air. I was the only person in the drive through and it was a 10 minute wait for food. When my food came, I was hit with the smell of paint and chemicals. The gal at the window apologized and explained about the chemical smell coming from the floor remodel. I felt bad for the workers because they said they had to stay open during the remodel.
Once I got home, the food was lackluster and all I could taste was old fryer oil and chemical. I didn't get any real curly fries, they were just small bits like they came from the bottom of the bag. I couldn't finish my food because it tasted awful. Even the paper bag smelled like chemicals.
Went to get food came out with missing fries, the fry u did get was only half full, and error on my sandwich. Did the survey got a call to come in now or next day. Showed next day to get a food card for missing items. Told front counter person who I needed to see she just pointed over there.. they were clearly busy with an interview or meeting. Explained missing food and sat down waiting for 20 minutes never to receive anything. Wasted my time and never got anything out of it other than a headache.... not happy about the visit at all.
I ordered a wrap meal with a diet coke. Got to the window got my drink tasted it and it was coke. No big deal it's an easy and common mix up. So I tried to hand the gentleman my cup back without the straw or course and I said may I please get a diet coke this one is coke. He was so rude you want a diet coke now. I said yes thats what I asked for. He told me keep the coke I said I don't want it it's not what I ordered he very rudely there's trash up there. Excuse me it's your mistake throw it away or at least be kind about it. If you hate your job I'm sorry get another one every one Is hiring. Customer service is a dying thing. I always try to be kind to everyone. I will say the young woman that brought me my food after I pulled up was very kind and even came back out to check on me when I didn't pull away right away after getting my food.
They over frie the food it has a horrible taste you can literally squeeze the cooking oil out of it. It made me ill???? terrible service they wouldn't trade my food!! As we'll . I do not recommend Arby's in Williston .
Waited in the drive thru line for almost a half hour for 6 beef n cheddar sandwichs and 2 sliders... cheddar was barely found on all of them as seen down below.. and forgot the sliders. Rather disappointing actually.
