Ordered 3 deep fried turkey sandwiches and they forgot the turkey on 3 of them, on top of an incredibly long wait at the drive through
Filthy fry's on the floor sauce on counter three employees stood online for 8 mins before anyone even acknowledged my presence after walking past me several times business is slow and still nobody is even cleaning in the general lobby need new management and employees with positive work ethic, I doubt the ones working on this shift at 8:55 pm on 01/10/2024 would even eat the food their serving themselves
The food and service were OK. The ambient music was too loud and rather obnoxious. I asked one of the staff if they would turn the music down. I was told that they would but it didn't happen. Definitely will not stop at this location again.
There was a over weight bearded guy eating fries as he was cooking them!! An employee's child was being allowed to hang in lobby unattended!! Ridiculous service, awful food!!
The best fast food restaurant in the Inwood area. The food is pretty consistent when compared to the local competition. Staff is always friendly, and orders are made fairly quick, too. I can recommend this Arby's location.
Very unhappy
Very dirty,employees did not care about getting food out quickly ,kye was good and got me what I needed but unfortunately she had to wait for the others to get the food out to us and they were in no hurry
Arby's fish sandwich is particularly good for a fast food place. Their current deal to get two sandwiches for $6 is a bargin. My wife and I have enjoyed them multiple times this lent. The sandwich is fresh, well-sized, and well dressed. This said, their roadtbeef sandwiches are also very good. I know I am getting real beef at Arby's!We will be going back.
I just gotta shear my opinion here I order from Arby’s pretty often it’s not the same it used to be and I personally hate the way Sliders are done now I miss the old bread and the little containers it was less messy that way, I love my buffalo sliders and in my opinion I think if the sliders have sauce it should be in the original containers they used to be in I hate having them being in paper it’s just not the same and more of a mess with having sauce all over the paper instead of just in the little box where you could just re dip you sandwich in it. Other then that I find the food to be delicious and fresh I’ve never gotten anything bad from this Arby's and for the most part they keep it decently clean during the day.
