Service is good. This isn't burger King, the staff is nice. The problem is they're always out of everything. I asked for mozzarella sticks, always out. Ask for a coke, we out, sprite, we out, Fanta, out. I asked for something else n finally just said let me get a bottle water and I was done. I swear Arby's is a money laundry scheme cause they're never busy but somehow still open. When the food is in stock, it's great but I give up on this Arby's cause they might have the meats, but they're missing everything else.
Not very good. 1st time I ate there, they're was very little cheddar or sauce on the Beef n Cheddar. Tonight, the curly fried were rock hard and cold and there was sliced cheese that wasn't even melted. Unfortunately, I was already home when I realized these issues. I won't be back to this location. The young man working the windows was very nice and polite though.
Why ask if we want sauce? And when we ask “What kind of sauces y’all have?” The girl with pink and black straight long hair doesn’t tell us what sauces they have and says “Do you want me to just give you Arby’s sauce?” Like girl you didn’t give us options.
Well, when I went there, they had hardly any food and the only sauce they had was mayonnaise so I didn’t even order anything……
Of course, the girl behind the counter was apologetic and very friendly. She apologized and like I told her it wasn’t her fault. Needless to say I had church for an Arby’s on my travels really wanted an Arby’s sandwich. Unfortunately, this trip didn’t get it. They didn’t have any shakes or fries yeah basically really no food Available and the place is in the travel stop but it definitely needs an upgrade as it had been raining and side entrance of the Arby’s was leaking like crazy!
Waited over 30 minutes with one car in front of us in the drive-through. One employee was running the drive-through, dine in, and putting the food together. We waited over 15 minutes after they had our money, or we would have left.
The food was fresh, the fries were hot, the restaurant was clean and smelled good. Everything was great!
This Arby's is definitely better than the one in Waveland Mississippi.. The lady at the drive thru was super polite. Our food was fresh and hot even late at night well done team well done!
Awesome experience today! The lady working the drive-through was a pleasure and the gentleman who brought out our food was very respectful. You don’t get this experience too often from a fast food restaurant but kudos to this crew!!
