Emily and the others working at Arby's in Douglas GA were so sweet and positive when I dropped in today in the middle of more shopping to fix things from the hurricane. She went above and beyond with my daughter and it made her day. With every reason to have poor service and be grumpy considering what this community has endured the last 10 days they were nice lights of our community.
Ok, picture this. You're at home, and a commercial comes on advertising a fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON from Arby's. So you jump in your car and drive 45 minutes to your nearest location, and there it is. A big picture on the window of said turkey sandwich WITH BACON so you pull around to drive thru and there it is again a big picture of that beautiful fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON and hear this voice say.. welcome to Arby's. How can I help you ? Yes, I would like one of your fried turkey sandwiches WITH BACON just to hear . Sorry, we don't sell that anymore. WHAT ? Aww ok I'll take a chicken and Swiss. Pull to the window and ask about the fried turkey sandwich WITH BACON and was told that they are only given an allotted amount, and once they run out, that's it. They are not sent anymore, and she says they sold out within a week. If something is selling that good, you should keep it in stock, and if you can't do that, then TAKE YOUR SIGNS OFF THE WINDOWS
I swung by today for lunch and had a great experience. Jasmine rang up my order and ensured that my food was hot and fresh. She was friendly and had great customer service skills. Keep up the good work, Jasmine
Just had the crispy fish and crispy fish special 2for6. Absolutely the best fast food fish sandwich out there today. My wife had the new sugar bacon BLT. Said it was delicious ????. Hope to try all three again before they discontinue them.
The food was great but it was so cold in there we could not stay and I ordered 2 french dip supposed to be 2 for 7.00. I guess you have to specify! Cost me $13!! Will not go back, false advertising!
Food was good but after sitting in drive thru line for 20 minutes, we get to the order screen and they said they were closed at 8 pm. It was 7:57 pm when I got to the order screen. Then we got our food and noticed I didn't get my card back that I paid with, so we went back thru and thank goodness, they had it. Manager was very argumentative and not so nice. When we asked for the corporate number she refused and She did eventually let me and the 5 cars behind me order. There are no new signs with early closing hours and the hours state 10 pm close. See pic. They turned away so much business last night. Oh and please bring back potatoe cakes. All in all it was fair on rating for food it was great as usual. And we didn't get a receipt with our order.
Food was great. Dining room was clean. We’re from out of town, an we had just left a Holiness Youth Meeting. There was nowhere inside to eat in the area. Kristy was gracious enough to let us come in an eat. She is The example of customer service.
It's overpriced fast food... but I shouldn't feel as if I've interrupted someone's day by being a customer.
