My girlfriend and I went to this Arby's last night, we both got the Chicken Samdwhich, not only was the employee working the swing shift had a bad attitude, my girlfriends chicken wasn't even COOKED and was eating RAW chicken. We tried to go back before they closed at 11 but they closed it down at 10:50pm already. We were NOT happy.
My food here was not very great. I expect to get some Roast Beef Sandwiches and Curly Fries. This time, the burger came in cold, meanwhile my fried were pretty soggy. My cola was actually warm, which made me almost puke. The service was kinda nice, but the food they cook here is not very good.
The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh. I recommend the gyro meal with the strawberry lemonade. But everything is great. The potato cakes are back!
Their beef and cheddar was good and I love their curly fries! I ordered a pecan chicken sandwich (not pictured) a few days later, and it was very bland and didn't have enough chicken sale to make it all the way to the edges of the bread. Very disappointing.
Arby does have the meats, as advertised !????, & curly fries!, tried the fish strips today, eat fast, good while it's hot. once it gets cold, not so tasty
I had an appointment up in Summerlin and had to stop for lunch, of course when I saw Arby's I knew it was going to the place.
The staff was probably the best I have ever had the pleasure to encounter.

The dining area and restrooms were all super clean.
If I am up that way again, I will be stopping in for lunch!
Service could have been better. It was close to closing you could tell employees were annoyed we came in. Other than they forgot my fries everything was fresh .
Was the worst drive thru times I dealt with in a long long time I would say a good 45 minutes. It wasn't worth the wait :(
