This is one of the nicest Arby's i have been to. The service was fast, and the food was excellent. Employees were very polite ,quick in taking order, and put just the right amounts of sauces I had asked for. Also very clean. Thank you, Thank you !!!
Surprisingly good this time. Food was fresh and flavorful and I actually found some meat on my sandwich this time. I'll definitely have to try it again.
Very gross and trashy. Management is horrible to the employees and Raven is an actual crazy person making people cry and pretending to be tough for no reason.
I come here often. Past few times everyone running the window always seem rude. Had a coupon and presented it at the window. The lady had to go into a whole spill about why I should tell them I have a coupon at the speaker. I get that but some places are different. No need to be rude. It’s sad that places can’t hire good help anymore. But that’s unfortunately the reality of things.
The manager needs to be trained on how to assemble a sandwich. I ordered a Beef & Cheddar and it was sloppy and fell apart. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was cold. The fries were also cold and tasted like they were HOURS old. When I paid for my take out, no receipt was given. I thought it was put into my bag but NO RECEIPT. I blame the manager for not training his associates on proper food handling and customer service.
Would be nice to be able to leave a review about the food I ordered. Unfortunately we can't get the lady inside to answer the drive thru or the door or even the drive thru window. The sticker on the door says they are open till 11pm. The sticker on the window says the same. Google also says open till 11:00 pm. Can't get an order to go through online and can't get anyone to answer the phone. All lights are still on...sign, lobby, menu. Someone just decided they didn't have to work today. Why work when you can stand around doing nothing but looking like a complete fool and still get paid for it.
Ordered New wagyu Bacon Steakburger asked for well done raw in middle bacon was cold paid for cheddar on roast beef sandwich didnt have any on it the fries were cold
Doesn't clean their utensils or dispensers. Doesn't change cooking oil for 2 or 3 weeks at a time.
