Know what you want before you get there because they will rush the absolute heck out of you, especially if you’re polite and say one second and there’s NO ONE behind you. And do they rush you to order just to have you pull up and wait 20 minutes, yes they do, so do them a favor and look at the menu at home so you’re prepared to order when you pull up.
A good experience here . Made fairly fresh, everything hot and tasty . The door is not electric. But the inside is wheel chair friendly, including the restrooms
My sandwich was so greasy I could not eat it the card bored on the box is soggy I am done I am reporting this to the management the hire
As a once proud, die-hard arbys fan i did not mind paying a little bit extra for the sandwiches. Knowing that potato cakes was a choice which made them more unique than other fast food restaurants that had just fries and hamburgers. But when they first discontinue I was highly upset and refused to go back. It has been years since I've had one of their sandwiches only to look up a little over a month ago to see the sign. Say potato cakes are back.Well, decided I had to go and have one. And it was just like I remembered, so today I decided to go back in have another only to find out. They have discontinued potato cakes once again. Well arby's, I'll never be back and I know a large majority of folks that feel the same way we feel that you have let us down. You have now just become another cookie. Cutter fast food restaurant.
With your crinkle, cut French fries and your wagyu. Beef that isn't really wagyua so you've gone from a unique restaurant with everything you did offer, to just another McDonald's. And don't tell me to contact the marketing game, because none of you folks listen to what the public has to say
A meal i can still afford! The Dip sandwiches were wonderful! Had to get a 4pk of your Regular Arby's Beef as well, just in case.
Food was excellent, the service however not so much. Part of my order was incorrect after repeating it twice. No traffic there during lunch time but it was on a Saturday so that could be the reason why. The menu prices were higher than expected for the quality of service and food selection. That is to be expected though with inflation and the current recession going on. Good location with easy ingress and egress. Ample parking.
The worst I’ve ever had! Disgusting that because it’s an out going order they felt it was ok to give this to people. They were right as after cmg out from urgent care wanting to go home n not feeling like cooking then this. Didn’t want to waste gas going bk to what get a certificate! Won’t be going bk EVER!!!!! If I could leave a zero as a rating I would’ve!????
Arby's on Sheridan and Gore has there light off looking like they closed and being very Rude and they close at 11 pm lobby lights were off as will as the lights in the parking lot. To me if your open you shouldn't completely shut all lights off then be very rude. There was no need. Trulydo not recommend going here at night
