Arby's is always good, from one town to the next.......when you can find a town that has one. I hope someone from Arby's reads this because it would be awesome if they would consider Mena, Arkansas, as a destination. 6,000 in town, 20,000 in Polk County, but as verifiable 1.5 million visitors each year and that is just going to increase because of a big, new mountain biking course currently under construction.
Always love Arby's. My go to is the roast beef and cheddar. Got the double this time because I had a good appetite. Curly fries never disappoint, and I got a Buffalo chicken slider to spice things up. The Arby's sauce, horsey sauce, and 3 pepper sauce topped it all off for a fantastic flavor profile. The staff were kind, professional, and timely. Excellent lunch with a friend.
They got my order right. The sandwich tasted good. Although I have stopped getting curly fries because the are either burnt or soggy. The regular fries were really good though. We zipped through the drive-thru in no time and everyone was friendly.
Sever on speaker just could not understand what we were trying to tell her multiple times so we just went with whatever size she gave us. We pull around to be told we need to pull to the front doors and wait … we got our food and was given a not even full large curly fry so that’s really disappointing since that is the main thing we came for.
I visit this Arby’s every week for the last 8 months. I’m about to have a baby next month so this all I crave! I never went inside until yesterday (11/21) I did online order didn’t realize I ordered two small cups. I asked the employee can I upgrade my cup, I was willing to pay whatever differences I had to pay. She asked Kathy(GM) how can she upgrade my cup she didn’t say anything hesitated rolled her eyes an tried to sign into her register! I immediately said never mind I didn’t argue I just gathered my things an waited on my drink I guess she realized what she did an tried to explain herself I just kept repeating “it’s ok never mind don’t worry about it”. Now I know I placed the order online but if it was a difficult job to do I’m very understanding a would’ve just been ok with the cups I had, but instead she had a very nasty attitude! You supposed to treat people accordingly working front line her team was very amazing they were working hard MAYBE SHE CAN LEARN FROM THEM instead of being mean for no reason I spend over $30 everytime I come at least welcome me with open arms!!
Worst service ever. Ordered a mobile order that should of been ready at 12:16pm. At 12:41 I’m in the store still waiting on my order that was never even made. Now I’ll be late to work because I’m waiting on this food that I paid for. Smh
At this particular location I have eaten twice in the last 2 months. Their food is always good. Their service is always fast and drive-thru moves pretty smoothly and if you do have to pull around it's not for very long and they bring it right to you. And they typically don't forget items. And they were really busy on the inside as it was dinner time about 6:30 and the flow was good people seemed happy and it was clean and was being cleaned and restocked while I was there.
They have serious issues with drive thru. You cannot even get your food in the drive thru so why even have one. They have serious issues with food quality on their chicken breast. I'm sure it's a manufacturing issue as the chicken sandwich looked delicious at first. Absolutely inedible. Hard as a rock but could actually be separated by knife. I couldn't bite thru it.tge curly fries were amazing
