I was very disappointed in my experience this morning. I have only been to this Arby's 3 times before this one and it has been fine - it's an Arby's. But today the meat was dry and so thick and chewy it was inedible. I spent $20 to throw it away when I got home. Hopefully it's just an off day - but the fact that the workers saw the quality of the meat and still made a sandwich out of it is very disappointing. I would have preferred a frozen sandwich from dollar general to this.
I tried their roast beef and jalapeno roast beef sliders with a small drink. Honestly, for those with a moderate and responsible appetite, it's the perfect amount for so cheap. Very tasty, great service, and a decently accessible location. Would visit again.

Service was ok but took approximately 4-5 minutes for an assistant to take my order. They may have been tending the drive thru or stocking.
Atmosphere was clean and different types of seating arrangements with handicap options. I rang the bell because I had a good experience.

It was clean. The brisket was dried out and tasted old. Cashier wasn't polite.
Fairly quick, fair menu. We have missing food from time to time, but overall, they are above most fast foods in the area
I don't think I've ever been served the ends of the roast beef. I must just get lucky in the past, but on this visit I got big chunks of roast beef I wasn't sure if it was even the right sandwich. The floors felt like they were mopped with soda as it was sticky everywhere. The staff seemed more focused on drive thru as it was difficult to get their attention to request all the missing stuff from our order or in the condiments section.
Food was cold, fries not fresh, sprite tasted awful.
