We have always had rude unfriendly employees in that past and a few mistakes here and there, but tonight definitely topped all nights! My boyfriend and I ordered our food and when we got it everything was wrong. We turned right around and went back through the drive thru and told them our whole order was wrong. The employee rang up the wrong combo and a sandwich that we didn’t order. She got the manager and things went more down hill from there. She said “because it’s not in the receipt we can’t give you those sandwiches and the rest of the combo” we proceeded to repeatedly tell the manager that her employee miss understood us and ordered what she thought she heard which was wrong. She wouldn’t refund our money and start a new order that was right. And still wanted us to pay $17 for the 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches that we originally ordered. We ended up leaving there not getting our sandwiches and paid for missing items they weren’t willing to replace.
We are still so dumbfounded on how the manager just wanted to argue and didn’t want to try to understand what we were saying. So disappointed and will not be going back.
Just cancelled my $43 drive thru order because we witnessed an employee (we were informed it was the “manager”) not using gloves while preparing the food. Apparently she only takes off one glove when leaving BOH to come to front line. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.
I was rather disappointed with our experience at Arby's in Traverse City. We were visiting the area and stopped in for a quick bite. We ordered our meals and drinks. The attitude of the employee's was pretty rude and unfriendly. We asked for ranch with our jalapeño poppers, we didn't get any. We repeated that we would like BBQ sauce for my son nuggets, several times, didn't get any. Didn't bother to inform us what drinks were and didn't push any of the lid bubbles down to indicate what was in the cups. Didn't get all our food. Just a little frustrated at the whole experience. We paid almost $40 and they didn't even put the food together well. ????
I order Arbys a lot and normally my order is hot and 100% correct. Firstly, I ordered 12 ketchup packets and only received 5. Secondly, my chicken and curly fries are not even slightly warm. Absolutely livid about this order. Yall have never delivered me a bad order until now, and with 3 adults behind the window, I feel extremely annoyed it's like this. Pleasant workers, but that doesn't mean much when the order is stale and missing sauces.
They made meat mountain no questions asked. 10/10 service. Curly fries were bomb, same with the mozzarella sticks. The location does not do dining in.
I experienced some great food with very friendly staff. My son and I really appreciated a great lunch. Thanks.

Love Arby's menu ???? this location always has solid service and good food and I really like and almost always use one of the online deals when I can. However the location is cramped and thus makes for poor times when waiting in line at the drive thru. Otherwise a great experience.
