Very nice people good food. Only issue is price points are a bit high, but that's not the employees fault. Would highly recommend.
I looked at my food for 15 minutes (while they prioritized the drive thru)before they walked it over to the counter so I could take it. It was cold by the time I got home.
I waited over 15 minutes for my food and then was only brought out half, had to go in and was asked to show my receipt, came back in with my receipt and got my food. Drive all the way home and THIS is what they call a buffalo chicken slider. Also the box it was in was DISGUSTING, like it had been sitting there for hours. Couldnt even eat it. What a waste of money.
Never had great service here 15-20 min. In drive thru with no line waiting for 1 combo meal.
They do ok. It just upsets me that they constantly pull 2 or 3 cars ahead of the window to fix their times so corporate thinks they’re giving fast service. If it was just one and you had to only pull ahead that’s fine. But they’re asking people to go park while 2 other cars are waiting in front of you. And then you gotta back out off a spot when they run it out side which takes longer than if they just gave it to you at the window.
Of course, it's fast food, not fine dining. Nevertheless, the selections are nice, and the specials are very affordable. We had four regular Arby's roast beef and two free senior drinks for just under $13.00. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.
Arbys is always slow but we were dine in customers and our order took over 45 minutes to come to us.
Waited about 10 mins before they took my order they took all the drive thru ones first the guy that came in after me didn’t even get his order taken so he walked out I asked for two large shakes the guy rung me in for one and a regular one and I asked for 4 cups of cheddar he rang in three but only made two and they charge for it I was about to order on my phone before they finally took my order probably should have used my phone.
