Not too busy, so it was obvious when folks who arrived/ ordered after us got their food. The staff was unapologetic when I went to the counter and waited while they prepared our order.
Ordered 3 pc chicken tender @ 10 pm, I believe they had been cooked @ 10 am. Shame on you and the manager, reheated should not be served for fresh, never again BTW I am local
I haven't been to a Arby's in 20 years because I hate Roast Beef. 1st time in one and Diane on the night shift was so very helpful, considerate, sweet, and generous.

Left my purse and Rhea came out looking for me and missed me but when I realized it was not with me she was inside and saw me and brought it right to me!!! Thank God for honest people. We have stopped by before on our way to Louisiana from Florida and she has been there with always smile on her face ❤️☺️
Staci very rude asked for our cups she slammed it down on counter.. said she gave 1 . We had 4 drinks and spent over 60.. she was forgetful.. extremely long wait she could not multi task.. needs retrained on customer service .. i didnt see her be nice to my family or anyone there .. will not be coming back.. here ..do too the very rude service of staci.....
Never had Arby’s breakfast so I decided to get the chicken biscuit combo! Biggest mistake ever the biscuit was not up to standard I work 12 hr shift work so you can imagine my face when I saw this biscuit very disappointed! I was going to give them 2 ⭐️⭐️ but I decide to go back to grab me a meal for lunch !! I ordered the roasted Turkey bacon ???? ranch club sandwich ???? it was so delicious ????! This is not the reason why I change my mind from giving them 2 ⭐️⭐️ to 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was because each and every time that I went back the drive thru customer service was excellent ! Their employees have great customer service experience and they know how to greet their customers coming and leaving!!!! Keep ???? the excellent job !
Sucks when you order a double beef and cheddar only to get back to work and find no cheddar!
I was waiting for one of the workers to come and accept the order. No one came up and didn't even pay attention to whether there was someone or not. All the time while I was waiting, the employee was in the utility room. I will never go to this place again.
