My sandwich bread was dry. But the restaurant is dirty and benches need to be replaced. We generally like Arby's but not this one. See the pics.
Better if you stick to the drive-through.
We stopped in to grab a quick bite for the road but figured we would go inside so the little one could use the bathroom and get a break from the car.
Unfortunately we ordered before taking a look at the dining area. It was obviously not cleaned very often based on the amount of dirt/food under the tables. The tables were at least semi clean. The carpet was very grease-stained as seen in the photo (the light grey is the true carpet color) and our shoes stuck to the floor with every step. There were also a surprising amount of flies in the dining area. The bathroom was also in need of a thorough cleaning as well.
On the bright side, it made for a quick stop since we didn't want to linger any longer than necessary!
This is the nastiest fast-food restaurant I've ever been in. Dead roaches, dried old food in the seats, chairs with BLACK gunk stuck to them.....nasty, nasty nasty. The order was correct, and the food was fresh and tasted good. Otherwise, it wouldn't be 3 stars.
Store is locked / closed except drive through. Walked all the way from truck stop to find this out. Asked if I can order without a car, answer is no. Hours posted show dine-in should be open.
Seating area is badly in need of renovation, old & broken seats.
Floors are DUSCUSTING! Shoes stick to the floor, almost left due to clenineness...
Carpet is so very worn and filthy.
Staff was kind and courteous and cares about customers orders.
Napkins were empty, and the ketchup machine was nonfunctional.
Worst Arby's we have ever been at... thought Arby's chain has standards?
The food was good, but the service was not so much.
I had a mobile order, and I drove to the drive-thru window. After a really long pause from the person on the other end of the mic, I was told I had to come inside for a mobile order.
Really??? What's the freaking point to that? I'm at the drive-thru window. What purpose does it serve for me to come inside, especially when I have a hard time walking?
I had to make all the drinks myself. WHY?
It's apparent that people in this town in fast food service DON'T REALLY WANT TO WORK! They just want a paycheck for nothing!!!
I'll still go back because the food is good, but I hope I get a more pleasant employee next time.
Ordered food via the app. Still waiting 20 minutes past the estimated time stated it would be ready for pickup. Everyone is complaining about how long it is taking to get their order.
I have definitely been to much better, Arby's. The food was good, but service and building sucked. The staff was very rude and didn't acknowledge us there. There was no ice in the machine. We went sit down, and the booth had no cushion, and I looked around and just about every seat had torn or worn out cushions. I definitely don't recommend.
