The jalapeno poppers are to die for! And the service was awesome. The manager Emily was very nice and very attentive we need more people in food service like her.
Food was good but they didn't put the cheese on our sandwiches. It was on the side in a cup. Drinks tasted like soap.
20231001T1455 - I arrived at the parking lot and ordered my food to the mobile app at 2:45 p.m. The place was dead empty except for 1 drive-thru customer. I walked inside and my meal was handed to me within 5 minutes. The only trouble with this is that the manager who handed me the food was not wearing a hat while working in the food area, including the open fry station. I'm pretty sure hats are part of food safety, right? I then looked around for a place to sit, since the customer area was trashed. Every table either had trash, grease, or a bunch of crumbs on it except three tables closest to the bathroom. Food was acceptable. The floors were even worse, with crumbs and trash underneath every table. The double trash can next to the door was overflowing. There are wet floor signs for no reason, since it was apparent nobody had swept or mopped recently. During the time I was there, approximately 30 minutes, nothing was done to correct any of this. The staff must have been having a meeting because I only heard them talking and laughing the entire time. I'm sure it was important. Upon leaving I looked for a place to put my trash and not add to the overflow situation, and the single trash being across the restaurant looked like it had room. My trash turned that into the third overflowing trash can in the restaurant. I used the restroom before I left, and I can honestly say it was in better condition than the rest of the restaurant.
I did not like the Turkey sandwich but Beef and Chedder and Beef sandwich is great.
Eat here for lunch and or dinner all the time. Very friendly, hard working, fast paced staff. Great quality and always fresh.
Used to love this place but it's not what it once was. I think that it's more corporate than local. Prices went up, quality and the amount of meat on the sandwiches went down. And the tables are always dirty, grab a rag and cleaner people. Have some pride. People are normally nice though.
For a quick bit delicious French dip, this place is great.
