I love Arby's! One of three(3) fast food restaurants I visit. I like #15, Smokehouse Brisket. And I also like Jalapeño Bites, too!
Stopped by here with a family of five. All the food was nice and hot, and fresh. And most importantly are order was accurate going through the drive-through and we didn't have to go back.
I got the brisket and frys, my grandson got the gyro, it was all good. This restaurant also has a health score of 98 and that's a big plus in my book. Keep up the good work
I ate there on 11-23-24 friendly staff and food was great!
Stopped by around 2:30 pm, my dad wanted a Brisket Bacon and Beef and Cheddar. Quick, easily understood transaction at the drive thru, same at the pickup window and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly. He really enjoyed his sandwich. Well done all around.
I hate that they cut out the large size drinks now. With the small cups they have filled with ice...you take two good drinks and it's gone!
Service was terrible. Lady at the register didn’t greet or speak one word during the whole transaction. Not even asking what we want to order, just stood there. Food was not even on the bun was just throw together where we had to put it together to actually eat it. We also didn’t receive part of our order, we had to go ask for the remain part of our meal and still didn’t say one word just filled up our son’s milkshake a part of a way not even fully. So it was terrible experience and that lady should be fired and hire someone with decent customer service skills. She was scheduled 3pm Sunday 12/3/23.
I was glad my fries were hot and my strawberry lemonade was delicious ????
The staff were friendly.
