Went in about 8pm. I did not see anyone else in the restaurant. Took a moment for someone to finish taking care of the drive through before coming to the counter to take my order. Not a big problem. Everyone there was friendly and kind.
I hope I can upload a picture of my order of curly fries. The young man got the box and from a HUGE pile of curly fries carefully put the fries in the box. At the end he carefully put one more on top - but the box was definitely low on fries.
So disappointed to see a box not full.
Photos have been added. This is how it came out of the bag. No fries in the bag, only the skimpy amount you see here.
Pitiful.
First, I’ll say the good. For the previous times I’ve been there the food is always very good. this recent time no one could be bothered to even take my order. I know most of the food interest is very shorthanded, but this time it was kind of a blatant ignoring when I walked up to the counter the person who makes the sandwiches said to the person walking away from the counter that there was someone upfront. she did have to do something with the fryer and given instruction. I understand that, but then another employee walked right past me. Didn’t even look at me and got herself a drink and walked away. I ended up leaving after waiting for a long period of time. I wouldn’t have if someone would’ve at least acknowledged me and said something like “ I’ll be with you in just a minute”. I guess they didn’t leave my business though.
I ask for a # combo by # name . rang me up for just the sandwich and a drink.. didn’t get the combo with fries even though it took 10 min of waiting. I was told sorry for the wait . Got a sandwich and drink and it wasn’t even the right drink. I had one meal on my order… it’s mind blowing yall want $15 an hour and can’t get one meal right. Wasn’t worth the time to drive back for some fries and the correct drink . I won’t be back …. Alysha Name on receipt.
Around 3:30pm got my food from this place and it was the worse experience with Arby’s ever food was cold the bbq sauce taste nasty I would say it’s expired but no date on it to prove that, the service was not too good either, after being so hungry usually we accept any food no matter what is it,except here I could not enjoy it a bit $20 went for waste .
Almost every time I go .my food is nice and hot. Thank u
Drive thru person added extra cheese onto our order when we didn't ask for extra cheese. So had to spend more money then needed. There was no way for them to mess up especially hearing us due to the fact there speaker wasn't working and so had to order at the window. And they didn't even wanna be there. You could tell.
Generally pretty good but went at 830 tonight & was told 5 minute wait for chicken I say that's fine so why Give me curly fries that are hours old?? Plus I ordered curly ones they obviously didn't have enough & filled it with half old crinkle cut fries.
Had a young gentleman wait on me? and he was so kind and patient. Have never had anyone in a fast food restaurant be so nice and thoughtful. If I was his boss, I would give NATHAN a raise to make sure he stays. Thank you NATHAN for making my day with your kind smile and friendly service.
