Ordered chicken bacon fries no RANCH. Had ranch. Both sandwhiches not even wrapped correctly or even on bun. Did not answer phone after either. Year later deluxe wrap get bufflo hate that flavor of hot vinegar not getting what you pay for sadly when im off Only place open
I've been to many Arby's restaurants throughout the years and even used to build them when I did construction. This restaurant was awesome, clean and the staff was friendly and got your food to you in a very timely manner. It was my 1st visit to this one in Van Wert as we were picking up our Ambulance for repairs from Braun.
Service wasn't good. The young lady charged extra for the 2 for 7$ deal until until I pointed it out. This really didn't bother me but I asked her to tell the ones making my food the 2 bunless sandwiches where for my dogs, she only mumbled and stood there. When I got the food there wasn't much there so I got really upset and I tried to say something but she only mumbled so I went outside to try and calm down. Went back in and same response so I left angry knowing this young woman was too scared to do her job. Worst experience ever at an Arby's
When I pulled in the parking lot there was a man screaming about his fish. I figured if it was that good to scream about I better try it. I was not disappointed the fish was hot and tasty don’t let the looks deceive you this was very good quality. Sandwich was full of meat and not smashed like when I get it at most locations. The ladies working today did a great job
I don't generally like Arby's. Not their fault. I just never really liked their kind of food. That changes. They have good burgers.

Absolutely the worse arbys experience of my life . Hardly any meat on all sandwiches one had a ripped wrapper and the Reubens had nothing but cheese and meet didn't receive sauces and had very poor service this place needs to be shut down drive to Delphos or celina instead of wasting 56 dollars here.
Went there today for lunch. It was close to 1pm and there wasn't a big crowd or lines, so that indicated that they weren't rushed. I ordered a fish sandwhich and beef n cheese. I had a seven hour drive ahead of me so I took it to go. Very DISAPPOUNTED IN FOOD QUALITY . Not sure if this is standard but unhappy. This is what I was given.
