The marquee advertised a turkey bacon club sandwich. Inside the restaurant were more signs andvideo to try their turkey bacon club sandwich. When I placed my order for this highly advertised meal, the counter person said they don't have it and probably wouldn't be selling it in the future. I will never understand why restaurants will not alert folks to what they don't have. It's ridiculous and poor service. I ordered the gyro instead with curly fries. The gyro was OK, but the curly fries were in a solid ball that I had to tear apart to eat. Sure, I could have ate it like an apple, but it was not the ideal situation. Anyone going here should ask first as to what they don't have because you cannot trust their signage to be accurate.
This location takes 30 minutes to receive your food. It was an open joke when we arrived. They were adequately staffed and making jokes among themselves while people were waiting unacceptable times for the food.
Yes - it’s Arby’s, however, I expect at least some form of professionalism. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, however, I felt obligated to let others know that this location is a dumpster fire. This is from a guy who loves Arby’s.
2017: Good pit stop on a road trip. The restaurant restrooms only had one stall each, but I didn't check to see whether there were larger restrooms in the truck stop. The food was good, and we received it quickly. All of the sauces except for ketchup were empty, and we had to ask for them at the counter, where we were given sticky packets. I love that they have an outdoor seating area, although two of the three tables have no shade.
2022 update: Deven made this a six- star experience!! He brought our food to the table, offered a free cookie for our wait, and even delivered honey mustard when the chicken finally came up. He went above and beyond in a great way! Give that man a raise!! (The floor was incredibly sticky from the entrance to the counter... like hard to unstick your feet, sticky...)
I asked for no tomatoes...got tomatoes...the feller waiting on his in store order on a table of 6, his 5 patrons were nearly done eating by the time he got his food,..they got my chicken sandwich right..and drive thru had to come over and help make food cause the food gal was busy eating air biscuits
Ordered the bbq bourbon chicken and bbq brisket. They are supposed to have brown sugar coated bacon. Got my meals to my truck and checked them, no brown sugar appearance or taste on the bacon. Took both sandwiches back in and basically the cook kinda argued about it. I got 2 new sandwiches they were the exact same way. He said the brown sugar melts bult the bacon is sweet. Couldn't taste it again. I've had the brisket sandwich before and the bacon was covered just like the pic on the menu board. I won't be back anytime soon.
We go here often for some reason today it didn't taste right. I thought it was just me, but my boyfriend and kids said the taste was way off this time. we always order the same thing. It was a waste of 50 bucks.
Waited on by a rude employee, name on my receipt is Lillian. If she hates her job so much maybe she shouldn’t have one. It’s really not an inconvenience to answer a single question, that’s what customer service is.
Great Arby’s! Super clean and the staff was friendly. Gentleman checked on us while eating. Would come back.
