We went threw the drive thru and ordered 2 Greek gyros and one sliders kids meal. Asked for extra gyro sauce, surprise we didn't get any. Barely any on the gyro itself. The meat is there for sure but it's lacking everything else. One small slice of a cherry tomato and two slivers of onion pieces. 5-6 little tiny lettuce pieces. Disappointing but still edible. The kids slider meal was exactly as it should be though.
I came here for a quick bite with my daughter. Our cashier was amazing, I've never been entertained while ordering. However, we were taken care of immediately and politely. That being said, our food was awful. Although portions were great, the food itself was cold. I understand that we came in between lunch and dinner, but I don't know if I will return to this store. If I do, then it will only be with the hope I get the same cashier. Without the great service, I would probably have given 1 star. Oh, the store was filthy as well, and we were the only customers. We didn't see anybody attempting to clean.
Emily Gibson was amazing. She was taking orders, cooking, and running food to the drive thru orders. Everyone else looked to her for leadership. The manager that was there was worthless. He had no idea how to manage. He watched them struggle rather than pitch in to help. Place was dirty, out of roast beef, several sodas, milk, etc. I spoke with the manager and his response was "I don't know what to do Not my fault." Absolutely horrible experience except for the kindness Emily showed. She should be the manager with an incredible raise. A good manager would have seen only 1 roast put in the oven and planned ahead but instead he decided to not worry about it. However leadership starts at the top with the store manager. This kid hasn't been taught how to be a leader so not totally his fault either.
As soon as we came in we were welcomed by a very friendly Emily, who was patient with us and took our orders. They were having issues with the IT but Emily handled the situation very well and managed to run things smoothly. The food was good too ☺️
Great experience. Ordered 12 sliders. They came out fresh, hot, and in a timely manner. Staff was very kind. We had host: D3063. We didn’t go in but the drive through was clean and efficient with a strong staff.
Sorry I even stopped here. The manager is as rude as it gets. I got this half cooked and slapped together mess for my money and the manager had a problem with me not being satisfied with this. He needs better training and the cashier needs his position. Customer service matters.
I took my family here and ordered 3 Smokehouse Brisket dinners. When we received our food, the sandwiches were ice cold. My wife had to go back up to the counter and "was" going to ask them to microwave the sandwiches for her. Keep in mind, (it was a $50 dinner). After being ignored for an extended period of time, I walked up and asked for service. I had to ask twice! The cook became very outraged, and things escalated very quickly. It became a very hostile and unsafe situation. I would highly recommend that everyone stay as far from this restaurant as possible. It is not worth it! Just go to Wendy's or Hardee's. The only positive part of this experience was a full refund. If for any reason you are forced to eat at this restaurant, I would set your expectations extremely low.
Out of napkins, they cut up thin paper towels, Gyro was awful, curly fries were burnt, this was in Boonville, Missouri
